Emaprince: This isn't even about Tinubu or Obi.
One hard truth is that the 8k palliative will still not be transparently disbursed. That money is an avenue for looting.
If these people can loot and hoard indomiies during covid, it is easier to loot the cash. No cash transfer in the history of Nigeria has been transparently disbursed and it's not going to start tomorrow. Another round of billionaires and multimillionaires in the making. Smhs |

Bombblacks: Are you arguing that a consent cannot be coerced or what is this weak defense supposed to mean. Uncle the moment you put coerce or threaten into that kind of situation, its automatically a sex crime. You are not in the market place where they dont know the difference between having consensual sex between adults and coercing or threatening someone into sex. |

You are typing coerce, threaten and still putting consensual in the same sentence.

Bombblacks: Being coerced into consensual sex definitely falls under rape and sex crimes. Let me give you an example. A manager threatening an employee to have sex if not he/She will sack or implicate that employee for stealing etc and the individual agrees due to that pressure can be counted as rape. Harvey Weinstein is a perfect example. What are you talking about ?If you are being coerced into parting with your cash how is it not robbery. Is that not what you call 419. What you typed now, is that the meaning of consensual or does consensual has another meaning in your own dictionary? You people will just go to the opposite side just to have something to argue about. |

donjazzet: Actually, there is a power play there which makes it wrong. Just like a boss in a work place and a junior staffer. There is a power dynamic there which makes it difficult for the lower person to fully express their minds whether they truly want it or not for fear of ostracization and the knowledge of negative consequences if they turn down the approach. I agree with this but it's still not rape if its consensual. It is abuse of power/office. |

seankafor: what of the pastors that do gets countless of these rape accusations?
You'd see a girl that has slept with a man for up to 5 times non stop.. when shit goes out of hand , shed start coming out with false rape accusations and everyone will be towing on same lane like zombies Just like this Mendy case. Babe that was caught on video having consensual sex accuse him of rape. It was the first case the court throw out. How many people who they accuse of rape have video evidence to exonerate themselves? |

The girl who falsely accused Izu and led to his suicide is till on Twitter till today.
2019-21 Twitter Ng was wild man.
Once them accuse person, anyone who begins asking questions Don turn rape apologist. It got so bad that these children of the devil made lists of so called 'rape apologists and rapists' on Twitter. It only stopped when people got in somehow and began to add their brothers and fathers.
Rape is a heinous crime and I believe anyone who forces himself on a woman should be castrated. In fact, it is because of how terrible that crime is that these idiots have turned it into a weapon of attrition.
Mtchew. Bro, I felt no pity whatsoever for Dr Olufunmilayo tbh, he just had a taste of the soup he was cooking and couldn't take it. He left Twitter for good. Izu death was the turning point for alot of guys to start pushing back. There's this other popular guy that was also accused of rape, the guy saving grace was that he wasn't even in Nigeria during that period. Some women are devil in disguise |

donjazzet: Your last statement is indeed true but like I said earlier, the prevalence of both issues are very wide in disparity.
One offense does not cancel out the other.
The percentage of women who "falsely accuse" men of rape is farrr less than the percentage of men who actually do rape and then physically assault women..
And furthermore, this issue of "false rape accusation" is a bye product of laws that were made to indeed protect women who were factually being disadvantaged in the society. I would then point out that these laws are not even a thing in the vast majority of countries. So women are still heavily disadvantaged. They're still on the short end of the stick.
What we should do is call for stronger rules that both protects women and then punish the few who misuse that privilege. Both issue are not mutually exclusive and the way you want to try and lump it together cant work. Rape is a crime, and anyone who is caught is charged to court to face the consequences But there is no consequence for false rape accusation, alot of ladies just walk away freely after ruining the life of a man with blatant false accusation. There are already punishment for those that rape, don't you think there should be punishment for those that falsely accuse someone else of rape also? I pray you dont fall a victim of false rape accusation, maybe just then like Dr Olufunmilayo, your eyes will clear. |
European Football (EPL, UEFA, La Liga) › Re: EPL Chatroom - All Discussions by larride(m): 3:40pm On Jul 15, 2023 |
Anyone who was on Twitter during 2020/2021 known the extent this toxic Naija feminist can go to ruin someone live with false rape accusation.
Almost everyday, there were different rape allegations against men on Twitter then (majority of the accusations were false), you must believe the victim irrespective of how ridiculous the story was or you will be tagged a rape apologist. They even created a list like that where they kept adding names of men they term rape apologist.
It wasn't until a particular guy committed suicide from the false accusation because nobody was even ready to listen to him that men like Odanz, Jack and the likes started pushing back.
Dr Olufunmilayo that was the chief male feminists apologist and always the first to shout rapist whenever any story broke was then sensationally accused of rape, he spent almost a year trying to clear his name even taking his accuser to court. He has left Twitter for more than a year now.
When they accused the brother of one of the feminist of rape, we started seeing a lot of defense from the feminist for her brother and bla bla bla.
Rape is a serious offense and anybody that rape should have his manhood castrated and rot in jail but let's not downplay the fact that lady has been ruining alot of guys life with false accusation of rape because they will always get away with it. |

I still dey vex say Tinubu wan share 8k to 12m Nigerians.
I dont know who's advising him on this particular intervention. Apart from the fact that the 8k is too meager, cash transfer is an avenue for few people to loot. We dont even have the institution that will safe guard against looting of this kind of funds. Cash transfer hasn't worked successfully before in the past, doubt it's going to work now.
