I don't even care about how ddg was attacked, but look at the position onana was when he's not a midfielder fgs
They said DDG no dey come out of his line, thankfully we have a keeper that's now coming out of the line.

No pressure

Degea didn't fit anything we wanted to do here and needed to be moved on. ETH wanted to manage for one more season but saw it wasn't an option.

We've brought in a GK, that before his move to United was highly regarded. Last thing we need is all these toxic ones throwing their vitrol against the new GK.

Everyone moved to a ball playing GK without any issues. Na when e get to our turn we go dey fish out mistakes. Dey do useless comparisons to the one we were endure before.
Bros you go explain tire.

The koko is that when onana concede goals, people that will tell us DDG or other keeper will save it will do so. No need to get trigger because you are seeing DDG.

The kind of abuse and toxicity that DDG had to go through last season from you people is enough.

Nobody expected it to happen over night but buhari was president for 8yrs or is that not enough time to show dividends?
Buhari faced a recession immediately he was sworn in as global crude oil fell to less than $20. After exiting the recession election came and then Covid 19 that essentially takes another 1 yrs and half from his administration.

Also Buhari closed the border in 2020 or so

Moving from a socialist to capitalist was sure going to have its ripple effects. I'm still going to wait for at least 2yrs and see how the economy turns out.

Also how is what he is doing turning out for everybody?
But I nor go tackle you because I remember say you sef nor support the subsidy removal 😁
I didnt support fuel subsidy removal because I know we are a poor country.

That's why Buhari who was a socialist kept almost all the subsidies going until he could not.

All our "online economist" wants us to open the economy and let the law of demand and supply dictate the market. What you are currently seeing is the result

Tinubu is a capitalist, far different in economics ideologies to Buhari who is a socialist.

In the next 2yrs, we will come back to this discussions as to how Tinubu policies has shaped the economy.

The CBN is also saying they are not in the business of unifying the black market and IE because till now there is still FX deficit.
I case you have forgotten, this is the 9th year the APC GOVERNMENT HAS BEEN IN CHARGE OF OUR ECONOMY
Na CBN create black market? Do you even know the meaning of black market?

I & E window is the only official window where you can source for $$$ not before that we have several windows like official rates, I & E window and the likes.

What the govt did was unified all the rates into the I & E window for every transactions including govt transactions.

As more people access fx liquidity in the I & E window, they won't patronize the black market anymore. The black market thrives because people cant access fx from the govt window.

It's a simple sturvs

Tell me how the local production was able to even meet any demand?
Tell me how the country also battled corruption too to plug leakages like China did?
How was the country showing progress with our generation of FX in strengthening our currency?
Just these 3 things alone.. How did buhari handle the implementation of them? To announce ban is the easiest part of what he did.
You expect local production to just begin to meet demand in how many years in a country of over 200m?

Dey play.

Dont worry Tinubu will soon remove fx restriction on the banned list, make we continue our importation dey go.

No lele..

You talked a big game.. You supported the man that talked a big game.
Oya back it up
And hes doing what he said he was gonna do.

Remove subsidy on fuel
Unification of the exchange rates. No more official rates.

Make everybody go source their fx from the I & E window or anywhere they like.

We have no problems paying the market price of fuel.
Oya bridge the gap between naira and dollar nau so it will make sense.
Abi that one hard?
Shey Tinubu said he wants to unify the exchange rate.. How is that also going?
Also please tell me why we have even more excess cash in the system than before?
The same thing I said here before was the same thing CBN said yesterday. The market is still experiencing supply issue which is expected, supply issue is what is making the market volatile at the moment, with more supply into the market, the market will stable.

Some of us know these things as we follow economics trends, we dont want for our influencers to give us talking points.

Again larride how did buhari implement his policies that for China it turned out successful and then for us it turned out horrible?

Since buhari copied the idea.. I'm sure he copied the level of implementation too ba?
Yes because a country that has always been import dependent will not automatically turn into manufacturing giant overnight without having to go through stringent measures.

When Buhari closed the border and initiated fx restrictions on those 43 items and price of things began to soar, no be shout una dey shout? You want cheap things when you dont produce anything.

Let's close our borders for just 10yrs and use it to aggressively support our local industries and see how far things will change.

You cant be a socialist in nature and be craving for a capitalist economy.

Explain to us how he implemented it like China implemented theirs
You didnt know China closed their borders to the outside and aggressively invested in their local markets for close to 30yrs?

You think China just woke up and became a manufacturing giants? 😂
European Football (EPL, UEFA, La Liga) › Re: EPL Chatroom - All Discussions by larride(m): 11:34am On Jul 26, 2023
Just paying the true market price for fuel now for 2 months, we now remember we are a poor country. grin

Make Tinubu follow una advise and remove those 43 fx restrictions items so we can import everything importance and see how fast the remaining manufacturing and local industries will pack up.

Was Buhari economic policies not modeled after China, Signapore protectionist model?

The truth is that most of you dont know what you want, that's why its easy to swing like a pendulum. Tinubu is doing everything you guys said Buhari should've done, now you are complaining and want to go back to Buhari protectionist model. grin

Its either you want a free market or not. No two ways to go about it.
