It makes sense though, the unsuccessful candidates won’t be able to login to the portal once notifications are sent. The same way it happened after invite for interview was sent.

Please why does the Nigerian government & her parastatals advertise for vacancies that won't be needed till a year or two after.

P.S, am not blaming anybody but just want to know cause, like this kind of thing seem normal here in Nigeria, DPR, TCN, NPA Customs, civil Defense, prisons etc.

Is it lack of proper planing, budgeting or what. they also never communicate or give updates on what's going on, just silence & rumours everywhere.

The only exception are the Army, Navy, Airforce, FRSC & d NPF.

I know there are lots of unemployed youths to fill up spaces but wouldn't the best candidates just move on to better places or countries when delay is too much.

Improvement is a two way thing sha. Both manager and player are on a mission to improve each other ironically. The manager gains experience on working with that archetype of player while the player learns from the manager too.

Of course, as much as I’m of the opinion that Ole is clueless going forward, I definitely will not shy away from acknowledging him when he does something right.

This past week has been terrific for both the players and the coaching crew, no point in denying the obvious.

Fred was bought last season and he had a torrid season with lot of bench time. This season he was on the bench for the few games Pogba was available for until he got injured then he started playing regularly.

Rashford has never scored more than ten premier league goals in a season before. The year hasn't fecking ended and he's already racked up same number of goals and just 2 assists shy of his best ever season in the Premier League. We're still in fecking December and Rash hasn't even had Christmas cake yet.

Fred was derided as a pub footballer and frozen out by the prior manager. Most people didn't even see him as even good enough for the championship talk less about being a starter.

Don't even get me started about McTominay.

It seems Ole has to start wearing turtleneck sweaters and face caps before some Melrose performers accept that he might actually be improving players.

Rashford has 10goals, 4 of those goals are penalty. Prior to this season, Rashford is not our designated PK taker. Take out the PK, he has 6 goals and just in 15 games he has missed 8 big chances already.

Fred was bought last season remember? He had a torrid first season and thankfully for Pogba injury that’s why he has had a consistent run of games. Prior to this season, Fred has never started 3 games consecutively.

McTom was actually given his debut by Mourinho. Go and watch or read up the interview Mou had on McTom.

Has any of these players improve? Yes especially McTom and the credit goes to both the manager and the player. You cannot improve on what’s not there.

He's not improved anyone yet he's patient with Fred. He's playing him weekly why we're busy criticising the Burundi Brazilian yet he's faith in him. He's seeing what we can't see.
