Someone came here to give some fake news earlier today, then he changed his mind later on and said he was joking. These are the kind of things I am against, and would be more than happy if that misleading post got deleted.

Nobody is saying you shouldn't share any genuine info you got from a "real" source (even if things don't pan out based on "government things" and other uncertainties). But giving out fake info you, you formulated yourselve is wrong and if you have any ounce of conscience ( and ethics) left in you, you would stop.

I know to some people, deliberately posting false news gives you joy ( or some sort of gratification or satisfaction or whatever it is you gain), but that is totally wrong. Even if 1million people say it's ok... it is not.

I agree, posting fake news is bad.

The problem is, how do you differentiate between fake news and the real ones? Therein lies the problem.

My advise, take info you see here casually unless they come from trusted source like Jarus and xfire.

I’m not abandoning ABT. It’s a possibility but Oga Jarus said his sauce (which I believe by the way) says there’s no correlation with APL and TP. There’s nothing else to hold on to ABT.

Las las, a good number of us will get the APL and we share bants inside the Towers.

do you know that you can't offer Eriksen any less than 4 years contract? this is a man looking for a last big package, is this a charity? this is a guy that's already getting slow and barely beat the first man from a corner-kick? an exceptional player in decline is fine once in a while for experience, not just another guy... do we really observe the players we clamour their signatures?

Having leaders in all parts of the team is just a slice of the cake. If you dont have a reliable team of determined players, it wont make much difference.

Sebi Modric and Ramos are leaders, so why have Madrid been losing left, right and center since last season?

For like 2 or 3 seasons, Liverpool had a fire attack. They were scoring anyhow but they were always conceding. Mostly winning games 3-2, 4-3 and sometimes even losing to the Burnleys 2-0. Till they made the necessary additions in midfield and defence like Allison, VVD and Fabinho and became UCL winners and almost even did a league and UCL double.

What matters most is the attitude and determination of the players. I really wish we can still get Fernandes coz there's still work to be done on the midfield and attack but at least, we have seemingly fixed the defence. We can only hope that we no longer ship in goals like before and have just enough to be seeing games off like 1-0 or 2-0.

We just need these guys to step up a bit.

We have been waiting for the guys to step up to no avail. City has Walker yet they are trying to get Cancelo, they have already gotten Rodri to replace Fernandinho.

We haven’t replaced Fellaini and Herrera and it’s already obvious Matic is past it. We need players badly in that midfield and upfront. I will keep saying it that Rashford cannot lead that line upfront (at least yet) and I don’t even want Martial near that position. We need good quality midfielders and a reliable 20 goals a season striker, or else we are just deceiving ourselves.

It’s good to be optimistic but then blind optimism leads nowhere. We need players.

I now have Kane, Mane, Sterling. I included Rashford because he will prolly be the one spearheading our attack this season without Lukaku.

Robertson is the expensive one in that defense and it’s because of the assist.

I believe we should be looking at bringing a CF to the club when Lukaku leaves. I shudder at the thoughts of Trashford and Martial leading the line throughout the season.

I thought the manager would have a style of play he wants yo deploy and identify players he believes can help him achieve that style which is supposed to help win or at least challenge for the title.

Now I believe Ed and Ole should have sat down to discuss. Ole tells him the style he wants and targets.

Then I believe OGS IS THE ONE THAT SHOUKD IDENTIFY WHOEVER HE WANTS AND GIVE LIST TO ED.

But its looking like na Ed and co dey dictate who should be bought or sold which to me makes no sense.

The case of swap deal with juv, the question is does Dybala fit into the style OGS wants to play? Ed can advice on cost of a player being too much which will make the manager identify a less costly player that still fits into his style. This is the reason the manager should insist on his own players because whether he gets his players or not he is the one that gets fired when things go south. If Ole is the one rejecting Lukaku, but identifying Dybala, fenandes and Maguire, get them for him.

I don't understand how some other person would/should dictate to a manager who he should or should not buy? I must be missing something here.

I don’t believe Ed will go into the market and just buy anyone he likes. Obviously the coach will give him areas that need strengthening and the list of players he want.

Ed is majorly to blame for the rubbish that’s happening in the TW because I believe Ole is not stûpid enough to think the squad he has is enough to go a whole season. When Ole was talking about rebuilding, this is not the kind of rebuilding I was expecting.

Season starts in 9 days, las las Ole will be the fall guy. Let him keep saying the TW has been good, I don’t pity him.

I'm not seeing any behavior here. There's no credible report that OGS is trying to freeze Lukaku out, neither is he going to stop him from leaving.

At some point Pep was trying to freeze Aguero out for Jesus and it wasn't a secret.

One thing I will always respect Lukaku for is his professionalism. If you are waiting for him to go to the media and talk bla bla bla, you will sleep there.

It’s open secret that Ole doesn’t fancy Lukaku, to be fair to Ole, every manager has the kind of striker they want but trying to rely on a striker that hasn’t hit 15 goals a season over a 20 goals striker is writing letter to ruins.

One of our major problems last season was lack of goals, unless we get in another striker (not looking likely with Ed) then letting Lukaku go is a very stupid decision. Rashford cannot lead us anywhere.
