No one is Trying to play God's favorite, we are only Testifying to His goodness and better still strengthening our relationship with Him. Like various NairaLanders have said nobody is perfect. One of the very first verse we ( atleast I ) were(was) taught Roman3:23 reiterates that.

Am not trying to argue, neither am i condoning flogging. My stance with flogging is striking the right balance. There are times when flogging is totally irrelevant and will serve no use. while sometimes, although very few, it is the best option.

To getting Immune to pain. You can never get immune to pain. Your body does not adjust to pain. The pain you feel when you  get slapped the first time is the same you will keep feeling. The only thing you get psychologically use to it. You don't fear getting flogged but you still fill the pain,

What you are talking about in Niaja is called Chesting. You are able to control your response. . . prevent yourself from crying, flinching, Excessively shaking when flog. All is to show liver. All in all, the Pain is still there and the same as the first time that teacher whops your butt.

Pataki:
You know as I was about sleeping yesterday night to this morning, I realized how much I gone far astray from the Father's love for me. Even when I choose to remain not perfect, God still was there.

I have come to realize that in HIM I have my being and my existence, and it is my daily prayer that God will take me back fully to the first love.

I do not know how many people have strayed from God, but he is ever ready and willing, standing at the door knocking for us to open our heart to receive HIM.

Prayer:
Lord, I give everything about me to YOU. It is not about me LORD, but you and you alone.
Amen to your prayer.

I can't count how many times I have strayed.

Worshipping with Christ on a consistent basis like everyother good thing does not come easy. You stray, you fall, You bruise, You falter, you fail, but all through your trials and tribulation, He is there. Watching over You, Protecting you. The greatest mistake that I and many followers of Christ make is forgetting that the Lord is ALWAYS by our side. His armour protecting us when we battle, His grace saving us when we fall short, His light guiding us when we journey, His blanket covering over us when we sleep.

Numerous times I have gone to the wrong source, sought the wrong solution, fought the wrong battle, asked for advice from the wrong person. When all along His hands are stretched forth waiting for me to reach. When Man and Science have woefully failed me, I go backing running to the Lord and Strangely, like the Prodigal son, He always welcomes me back.

My life is a testament to the Lord goodness, many times my flesh gets in the way, but the grace and mercy of the lord always sees me through.

Prayer:
Oh Lord my God let my life be precious in thy sight and deliver not to the will of my enemies

Pointless.
The whole Idea behind Cheaters is to entertain the audience and not to correct moral compass. I wont be surprised to find out that some of the so called cheaters are casted and paid to make an appearance. Furthermore, the show is making little, if any impact on the American society.
Introducing a show for the reason you have suggested will be a total waste of time.

http://www.imeem.com/people/3XPQAB/music/3aQH9FkN/casting_crowns_who_am_i/

who am i, that the Lord of all the earth
would care to know my name
would care to feel my hurt
who am i, that the Bright and Morning Star
would choose to light the way
for my ever wandering heart

not because of who i am
but because of what Youve done
not because of what ive done
but because of who You are

i am a flower quickly fading
here today and gone tomorrow
a wave tossed in the ocean
a vapor in the wind
still You hear me when im calling
Lord, You catch me when im falling
and Youve told me who i am
i am Yours, i am Yours

who am i, that the eyes that see my sin
would look on me with love and watch me rise again
who am i, that the voice that calmed the sea
would call out through the rain
and calm the storm in me

not because of who i am
but because of what Youve done
not because of what ive done
but because of who You are

i am a flower quickly fading
here today and gone tomorrow
a wave tossed in the ocean
a vapor in the wind
still You hear me when im calling
Lord, You catch me when im falling
and Youve told me who i am
i am Yours

not because of who i am
but because of what Youve done
not because of what ive done
but because of who You are

i am a flower quickly fading
here today and gone tomorrow
a wave tossed in the ocean
a vapor in the wind
still You hear me when im calling
Lord, You catch me when im falling
and You’ve told me who i am
i am Yours
i am Yours

whom shall i fear
whom shall i fear
‘cause i am Yours

Are you saying the west is happy the north is ruling over them and are contented with their sub par status in Nigeria? I disagree with you that the west is a deal breaker, explain how they can achieve that without bloodshed like the Biafra? Which Yoruba man will leave his mercedes Benz, nice mansion and education to fight a nomad at the expense of his good life? Can't you see the writing on the wall? The north has all the aces, they know too well that the ibo or yoruba will not tamper to fight them b/c they value their lives more than them else, how do you explain someone that went on barbaric killing because of a stupid cartoon in a Danish tabloid?

The crux of this issue is ideas and like thinking. The northerners reason like their brothers in Niger and Chad and lord Lugard would've done a great job if he amalgamated them. Southern Nigeria would've been better off amalgamated with Ghana. If you think the Yoruba will lead the secession battle, think again because it ain't going to happen and the ibo will not try again because they've tried before. The truth is that i would've been happier now if Biafra succeded b/c the west would've had more guts to leave those Mfuckers.

Ask yourself, what the Niger Delta is asking for now, was it not what the ibo saw nearly 40 years ago? Do you think that if the Bifra was to start today, the west and south south will still support the hausas. Think again. Nigeria is in more trouble than you think. I still believe the Oduduwa republic shall rise one day with no BLOODBATH in Jesus name. May all our oil wells dry up, lets see if these moochers won't leave us alone.

Where did you read that from me oh ye northerner masking as a westerner? Why didn't you answer the questions I asked? I hope it gave you a food for thought.
Northerner masking as a westerner. I don't need to be what am not to prove a point. I am from the west nothing can change that.

To answer your previous questions.
Are you saying the west is happy that the north is ruling over them?
This is a clear case of dissociative amnesia. Need I remind you who ruled before Yaradua came it. Is the west happy that the north is ruling over them? I don't find any movement substantial enough to back your claim that the west isn't happy. I have surfed not less than 5 website - this year alone -  advocating the secession of the Easterner region. I googled Oduduwa republic . . . nothing to write home about. I am yet to hear of any credible dialogue, movement or a speech with a slight tone propagating the secession of the western region.

West having a subpar status. how did you come about that? If we were to begin analyzing ccriteria( infrastructure -  hospitals, roads, schools, education, airports, wealth, GPA)  to determine status, you will probably find that the west has the best status of all three regions.

It's contradicting that you said the west was subpar then you went further to describe a glorified status of the yorubas, describing the northerners as normads.

There will be bloodshed, no doubt about that. But that is the cost. The casualties of Biafra came as a result of 1. Starvation 2. Nigerian armed forces. Which included the yoruba faction. Take away the western faction and the armed men biafra would have faced will be reduced and take away the use of  starvation, the casualties of biafra will be reduced significantly.

And all what you accuse the North for is the same thing you can accuse all three regions about. Corruption is evident and prevalent in all three regions. Until you begin to face the real problem of Nigeria which is corruption at all level and by all regions, you will only be deceiving yourself that the three region breaking up will provide a solution. Corruption and greed and cowards are the root of all Nigerias problems.

And all what you described about the south not wanting to face the North because they value their lives is the number one characteristic of a coward.

So in otherwords you are saying the Westerners are cowards. People who can't fight for what they want, but can silently suffer torture and pain.

The southern situation now is beyond Biafra and ibos. Every section wants out from the union and only the north is still holding us sway. You are asking the Yoruba to leave? why not leave and leave the southerners to sort itself out. I'm cocksure the southerners will be able to sort themselves out peacefully because every tribe in the south has respect for human lives and not like Northerners that go on jihad for every little thing. No southerner wants to lose his/her precious life to a common almajiri who's battling with severe leprosy.

O pari!!!!
Ko pari oh. and am yoruba  farrrrrr from a northerner. But you keep associating the east and the west. There is no south (maybe south south zone) in Nigeria, it's North, East and West. If the West declares it's independence - which I highly doubt - the East will follow then the North will be caught at a cross road (they will still survive). The deal breaker was and still is the west.

Please, the yorubas feared nothing, they only wanted a peaceful secession only that they didn't know they were dining with red bororo goats. If the ibos were/are bugs, why not let them secede so we can prosper? It's like complaining about someone squatting in your house but you won't let him/her get his own house and pack out. Why fight them tooth and nail if your existence and life line does not depend on their hardwork? Moochers!!!In the same vein, we the southerners are collectively asking the northerners to leave us alone and let Nigeria for once be like North and south Korea.

Dangote? Did he create wealth or did the Northern dominated govt help him amass wealth? To your tent Oh Nigeria!!!!
A peaceful secession uhh. by involving themselves whole heartedly in the war. If not for the contribution of the westerners, there will be a Republic of Biafra today.
And stop using we southerners, because the easterners are not advocating the south they are advocating Biafra which never involved the western state. Obafemi Awolowo's suggestion of using Starvation as a weapon of war was probably the most devastating blow suffered by the biafrans.

Whether you accept it or not the fact remains that the westerners were as much as a hinderance to the secession of the East as were the Northerners.

Dangote is still one of the most legit business mogul out there.
