Did he get a bank loan to transact the business that gave him such money? What investments did he leverage on? What are the margins on each line of business? How long was he in business for, before he made the 10 million dollars at 22? You cannot make something from nothing. Sorry I'm just seeing this. The distance like the other guy replied is about 20 km, roughly 20 mins drive. I don't really know the area where the station is situated but in all my years of staying in Kd I never visited the area. Heard it's kind of an Afghanistan like environment with virtually no Christians.

The rule for Generals is to escape capture if you can but where this is not possible, you either commit suicide or die taking your bullets on the chest and not your back. Nigerian army didn't win the war because Ojukwu wasn't captured. Good day guys, I got a job which I'm not exactly trained or qualified for. I've never worked in this capacity before and the firm has placed the responsibility of creating that department on me and expect me to do well over the next six months. Weren't you interviewed before being given the job? Were the interviewers so clueless that they were unable to decode that you had zero skills for the job they offered you? Chai!! I'm sure they overlooked more qualified folks in that field, to hire you. Just look for any workshop or regular corporate training in that particular field, and pay for it. Make sure you attend it sharp-sharp and try to network with other participants there, so they can offer you free retraining and coaching.

Otherwise, if you do not master the job before your probation period is over....omo, the management will kiss you goodbye. Don't say I didn't tell you!

Wow!! You don't say. But I feel there must have been some kind of contract in place. But that contract may have been defective, or heavily skewed in favour of one side. I doubt if a Canadian company like Manitoba would commit time, money, staff & resources to such a venture without some form of a contract, or any written agreement.

Am surprise some people don't like due process. If you follow some of the advice here, the landlady will end up messing up the whole thing. Get a competent lawyer and sue them. Inability to pay rent is a ground. When it expires yur lawyer should. File the necessary legal suit to recover ur property. Some tenant will ask for extension of time but the judge will over rule that on the ground that they ve spent more than a year already. The best they can get is a week. After that week sherif with eviction order will come and throw their stuff outside. Raining season is the best time to do this so that all their properties will be damaged in lure to the rent they owe you. This method worked for me and also my current landlord used same method to evict one of his stubborn tenants. Thank me later. Must stubborn tenants re yorubas talking from experience.

The judge will not over rule anything. Instead, they will ask the tenant how much he can pay in instalments, and when. Then the defence lawyer will keep asking for adjournments. Such cases can drag for another two years or even more sef, and during that time the landlord does not get a kobo. No be dis country?
