T tobtap: hmmmmm.....wait make i ask GOOGLEno be your mates they write Junior Waec? |
I've come to this conclusion based on the volume of anti-jonathan posts that are making it to the frontpage and this has increased in intensity over the past 7 days for reasons I'm yet to fathom. It's either that the mods are sympathetic to the anti-jonathan course or that Nairaland is a political tool that is now being used by the opposition to spread propaganda. Any post that insults PEJ or berates GEJ now makes the front page. If you are in doubt just take a look at the front page and you will see that 90% of the threads from the political section that makes the front page are critical of Jonathan. Please, I demand an explanation. This is supposed to be a fair and balanced forum, but recent happenings have proved otherwise. Is it that Seun or a huge chunk of the mods have a political agenda? |
A northerner that uses kettle to wash his a.$..$ cannot rule Nigeria again. If the worst comes to the worst let this country breakup |
These crooks from the North have now metamorphosed to beacons of democracy and the rule of law overnight all in a bid to spite GEJ. No wonder they were stoned. Shameless people |
Uduaghan, Orji, nyako, elechi and aregbeshow |
See the kind insult dis Soyinka dey receive because he decided to play to the gallery. Next time you'll think b4 u talk |
And Mr. OP lest I forget, nobody will listen to you if all you do is to sit in front of your laptop and launch attacks on the government with faceless monikers. We have been doing this since the invention of the internet and up till today it's not working. We need to have a change of strategy. Let Nigerians who are hungry for a change come out and mobilize themselves and pour out into the streets to protest against perceived misrule. And by protest I don't mean hurling stones and bricks on security agencies and vandalizing government property because we all know what that will result to. By protest I mean peaceful civil disobedience like sit-ins in government parastatals and buildings like the national assembly etc, or even peaceful protest marches across the country. This goes to everyone reading this comment right now, not only the OP |
Even if Nigerian leaders come out in the media to announce that they have taken pay cuts, they will still find a way to siphon double the amount they were earning previously |
Yield: Happy Birthday, Wizkid!Including me ![]() |
donroxy: That dude didnt deserved a Gbam !!!I don't think that the reason why the SE/SS didn't join the fuel subsidy protests was because they were afraid of the "Biafra treatment". Rather it was because these two regions voted massively for the president thus they are ready to stick with him and defend their man. |

blackmann: [b]Dude, everyone has his/her opinion about things. I lived in Nigeria for most of my life and have had the privilege to live out of Nigeria too, so I know what I'm talking about. All we need is unity and a collective will, if we achieve that all other things will fall into place |
But the are still behind Venezuela, Canada and Russia in terms of oil reserves |
Wtf! Let him not come there and start causing katakata cos we no go gree oo. If he dares it the whole south will finish him and his cohorts. |
CNN is angry and jealous because of Nigeria's economic involvement with China. You rejected the offer, but didn't reject the money. Is CNN this poor? ![]() |
American leaders have done worse things yet they were awarded Nobel Peace Prizes. The BBC should shut up and stop leaking America's a$.s The BBC is always looking for negative stories to peddle about Africa and those who don't succumb to the whims and caprices of the Western hegemony |
Amaechi again ![]() |
Lol. I love this piece. Very funny... Kolanuts, bitter kolas, tissue papers, sanitary pads etc. Typical of Nigerians. |
. |
This thread is bull.s.hi.t. Op what exactly is your problem? |
ACM10: So the only criteria for this $hit to hit frontpage is mere mention of nairaland? Inferiority complex na disease.I wonder o. How many people even read the Punch? I'm sure that Nairaland has more monthly readership than it |
Mr. Aregbesola it goes beyond mere propaganda |
Good move. Amaechi should follow suit. He is guilty too |
blackmann: Exactly. But that is what 90% of Nigerians are good at doing. And I'm not talking of only home-based Nigerians. those in the Diaspora are even worse. I keep asking people that instead of running commentaries from abroad, why not go back home and make a change? Many Nigerians are just good at making noise. GEJ is this, PEJ is that, Rueben Abati is a bastard, Labaran Maku is GEJ's dog, but tell them to suggest ways and actions to make things better, they will run away.Gbam! |
I predicated it here not too long ago https://www.nairaland.com/1359556/why-cant-nigerians-like-egyptians What he said is so true, except for the part where he said that 90% of Nigerian youths believe that it is only by becoming political thugs that they can partake in the government. |
Foolish people. I weep for this country. |
I-pledge:seconded |
mgbeketoto: No. I am really not interested in 'either'!You call it trash because it didn't favor you, right? God bless whoever said that the truth is bitter. |
Amaechi should be probed. The man has a lot of questions to answer from his connection to Jerry Rawlings of Ghana to the over 70 billion naira utopian fraud of a project known as the Port Harcourt Light Rail to this one |
If I talk say amaechi na crook, the anti-jonathan armada will descend on me as usual. I didn't say anything o |
mgbeketoto: If you or anyone else wants to start your usual TRIBAL MUD FEST. . .your problem. We all know what you wanted to achieve by mentioning Achebe there. You want to start off another Achebe vs Soyinka fiasco, abi? |
