Are you sure customs take duties in dollars?. That is not likely. They can value an import in dollars then impose duty accordingly but they will collect the money in naira

The problem is you can not make someone President just because of origin. It is not good like that. Yoruba did not fight Biafra until Biafra invaded Yoruba land. It is not when you pay that matters but how much you pay. Rent should be regulated by government and land should have no value.

The whole penitentiary system needs an overhaul. Prison is not a work house or a boarding house. Redress is more important than punishment. Rape should be settled and not punished with a jail term.
