I could scream, break the glass, raise hell in whatever way possible if feel threatened at the back seat of a car while my supposed kidnapper is driving. I could also call for help with my phone which is in my possession, call his employer, the police etc. I could also bolt from the car at the slightest opportunity or even lock him out when he came down, instead of seizing his car keys.
