That is one of the major cause of problems in Nigeria today. We are not looking at party ideologies nor performance records of candidates, all most care for is peanuts doled-out during campaigns, this candidate is from my tribe or religion, yet we expect performance. We keep fooling ourselves.

In the developed or developing worlds, nobody cares for where are from, it is all about Party Ideologies and performance records.

Back to BAT and OBI, look at their performance records and tell me which one should any SANE person should vote for.

I did not talk about parties because we do not have political parties in Nigeria. That is why a politician can be APC today and move to PDP tomorrow, why someone can be APGA governor, a PDP VP candidate and an LP presidential candidate why one win an election on the platform of PDP and change to APC after some years in office.

No, I never said Igbos were not the only people that voted LP (Obi) in the presidential elections. A lot of Yoruba and some Hausa Christians voted for him, but Igbos were the only people that voted 97% for their kinsman. Now, the same platform (LP) that that kinsman ran on could only struggle to produce 1 Governor in the same Igboland.

Like a typical Igboman, with your warped, screwed and scewed sense of entitlement, that you were boasting that “Igbos will conquer Lagos” does not stroke ethnic tension to you, that “Lagos is a no-man’s-land” does not neither is “installing Ezes of equal status with Yoruba Obas”.
