I do, I'm very very pained. happy now? Good..I've dealt with dat aspect. Back to topic. So i was only pointing u to our topic of discussion being the subject article but as usual people go leave matter for ground dey yarn smtn else. So your contribution is that Dele should write anoda article to ayu and tambuwal? U have no other contribution whatsoever on the article u read? |
Raheeqilmaktoom:Did u read that his name was used to register the company? I expect Fg to appeal but they should have followed due process in sacking him including updating at CAC |
Chemlite:This ur story get k leg. Focus on PDP pls. Wike is waiting for u to agree power rotation before picking form in PDP? Y did OBi leave? Wike interviews are littered on YouTube na bros. Anyways he is already wailing o. Lols. But what has he gained by fighting his party is still the topic if this discussion. |
QuotaSystem:C'mon man. C'mon |
Komenikanri1:Predator not prey. A mongoose eats venomous snakes |

No, he didn't ask that Presidency should come to south, he couldn't have, cos he opposed zoning during the build up to the primaries..he was very confident of winning. His fight, after he lost to Atiku, was that the party chairman be replaced. That's all he fought for. And the party refused. That's all |
asiwaju60:Fine. Now we can discuss. But Wike has been kingmaker in Rivers state since 2014. He decided who got what pre 2015 elections and has maintained that status till now. It's not new, that what he has been. His annointed candidates win, so Simi would have won. Rivers state political structure had been in his hands before now. I doubt if u live here, u should know these things What really did he gain by fighting his party? |
asiwaju60:See y I said stop quoting me, its derailing the topic. Focus on the article, what has the man gained? You can create a topic about the internal workings of PDP or how Wike owns or built PDP and those knowledgeable in the matter will comment on it. Our present discussion is on the subject article. What has the man gained? Or pick any section of the article and comment. Uve mentioned Atiku, south, north, central dele, rivers APC, PDP, tv stations etc. It's beginning to sound like ramblings |
asiwaju60:Reward him with minister ke? - Reward? hian o. Wike has been an LGA chairman, a chief of staff, a MINISTER and a 2 time gov. 'Reward' him with minister is an insult sir. Just say make him a minister again not reward him. So I ask? Is that what he 'won' by fighting his party?? I would even appreciate u all stop quoting me and comment on the original article, we are derailing |
Pengician:I would say she goes after the men she wants, positioning herself well and shooting her shots at the right time. It takes a lot of planning and money to do this, cos u have to be where the billionaires are, to be noticed by them. Then shoot. To ur question, it's more than coincidence/destiny, na hustle. Very smart woman. |
Freshtruth:Wike singlehandedly won election for Jagaban'?( Let's hear what Tinubu has to say to this ur claim) While he single handedly as u put it lost his own? Or u re not aware he vied for Presidency with Atiku and lost? The type of claim people make on this forum is just mind boggling. I don't even want to go into the gov election that PDP has been protesting against APC in INEC office for weeks now, causing needless gridlock on Aba road. Person win finish come still dey 'protest' em victory. I ask what I asked before- what exactly did he win ![]() Don't tell me governorship, cos PDP was always going to win governorship in Rivers state. Even without any manipulation. Only sm1 that doesnt live in Rivers state will argue this |
Freshtruth:You need to read the write up again, more slowly, to get the point. What exactly did Wike 'WIN'? An election? He lost his election A good reputation? No one trusts a sore loser. So what exactly did he 'win' I do however disagree with the author that he needs 'pity and prayers'. That's a waste of one's pity and prayers' IMHO. These guys squander more money (collective state resources) than a whole village will ever see in a lifetime on SELFISH/PERSONAL PURSUITS and when they finally leave office what happens? Continues pillaging state resources in the guise of pension package. |
Vinnie2000:Nah nah nah. Wipe floor? Nah |
Epistasis:Ofcourse, swearing in is the most likely outcome. Interested just because is her brother, nah, that u can't claim |
Ireportlive:Did we watch the same interview? |
minato12:Oya Op, start expecting venomous snakes in numbers in dat your area, as u have killed one of their most prolific predator ![]() |
My God. Why are people this heartless. Ouch |
TheRealOwner:The natural predators should be Orcas, bull sharks, maybe Polar bears |
OAFMods: Wait person still carry tribalism enter sports? Pathetic Nairaland is irredeemable. Seun better sanitise this your forum |
Ibrahimcoomasie:AJ is not even in championship contention. Isssyy baby!!!! So happy for him. Great comeback. Finally some heart warming news abt naija. I felt bad for Kamaru, thought he would win the rematch after his performance in the first loss. |
Chapii:Rivers govs never learn. They fight their predecessors but still end up taking same actions at the end of their tenors. Op, take it back a notch, to Odili. and then go futuristic with Simi in 2031 Lols. |
We like suffering and smiling in this country. This madness was started by Lagos and Rivers states and others followed suit. Poor masses wey suppose get sense will still continue to defend their govs appropriating the general wealth of the states to themselves |
@ Ireportlive I was waiting to see you open the floor of donation after the strong arguments, that's what u canvassed for, right? And u too @ mysticwarrior. Abi na argument without action?? |
sogodihno:Did u just say 'our'? You are in APC and you say 'our recognised LP chairman? Yeye dey smell. |
greggng:Noted. But if victims don reach hospital B4 police came, den they didn't respond quickly..the fact the area even accommodates their staff as u say, means they could have done so much better. stop commending their less than mediocre performance. Abi u wan still commend them for giving out the location of the survivor? We deserve better in this country and our police can actually do better. We must all hold them accountable to step up their game, not commending bad performance. |
tamdun:Imagine hypocrisy. Is that rep sponsoring a bill to end medical tourism by elected govt officials?? Abi no be Nigerian money Dem dey use treat headaches abroad? The bill is not only selfish but an insult to the masses. Until medical tourism by govt officials is abolished, hospitals duly equipped and maintained and proper renumeration provided for medical personnels, u can't ask them not to leave. |
One day we will get here. Sitting govt officials will be tried and jailed for their corruption while still in office. One day. |
GogetterMD:Aren't they already in the competition for the most useless security outfit in the world?? They should join If they are not. Y rush to press when uve not done a proper investigation or secured the sole survivor adequately knowing that he may be the key to solving the crime. Instead u give out his location to the assailants. It also shows they don't have any plans to investigate the case but would rather allow ignorant lots to be spinning whatever narrative that suits them. Like some people above. *Now ignorant in my last paragraph above isn't meant to be insultive, it simply means you lack knowledge of the facts of the matter. It's the job of the police to investigate properly and provide the facts afterwards |
News so hastily put up but one can deduce the following: 1. Police were called but as usual came a long time after action was over. 2. Police as usual recovered shell casing 3. Police this time recovered corpse from a hospital...meaning family members had taken the victims to hospital before police got there 4. The key to unraveling the supposed unknown men lies in victimology. Who are the victims and y them? 5. Good news, there is a survivor. An interview with him should unravel who the supposed unknown gun men are. Peace |
b0rn2fuck:As u dey knack am, she dey knack u too. She got what she wanted at the time, u. So stop feeling fly |
thesicilian:Majority don't read to understand. And others follow the mob ignorantly. Not just in this Japa stories but on many other important issues. Like someone said, some seeds will fall on fertile ground, others on rocks. |
ganisucks:Gosh. I think u shud just delete this. Like u re seriously trying to justify this? Some women have issues and u re one of them. Your first statement is simply a figment of ur imagination and ur( and ur co evil womens') excuse to perpetrate evil on society. It's not hard to deduce that the accused woman in this story doesnt 'cook , clean and take care of children' as u put it, and still have housemaid and other domestic servants. Plus the Ali's arent a young couple. The women abroad who mostly don't keep house helps maybe should go on a murdering spree abi, out of exhaustion from 'cooking, cleaning and taking care of children' Try another excuse for ur evil |

and then go futuristic with Simi in 2031
