The other person - October 17 - Monday
Don't you think that applications submitted on first days of the week are usually promptly attended to?
I advice you hold for response from them.

Is your friend a first time applicant or she is also renewing? Her center is VI , I believe and you?

For others planning on submission, i have been carefully studying the dates , you may want to choose Mon/Tues for Standard Processing.
Just an observation, if anyone has other opinions , Kindly advice the enquirer.

That's Wrong study; sir/ma.

I just said Una Dey mad, how else do they want me to proof how the funds were accrued when I already explained in a cover letter

yes and being inexperienced in this field, I can't tell if the account is choatic or I'm probably just scared. The money I'm referring to as "bulk sums" may not even be bulk at all. I just need someone to take a closer look. But if it's not possible, then that's fine, I totally understand

Well, from time memorial and as japa and travel remains, and going by some refusals posted on here a kobo additional fund received by an applicant which is more than stated monthly&yearly income could and have sometimes been perceived as ill-funds by an eco, hence your worries are legit.

I strongly suggest if for example you declare that mum earns #300000 monthly from her business, #3600,000 yearly(supposedly) every other income or funds shes received within this period, try to explain the source(s) and its purpose(s). Likewise you are expected to do so for outflow.

You know, this is an election time, some parties doing campaign with bullion van, some give away for upkeep, to avoid the eco thinking money laundering, lodgement, padding or financial romancing; just offer explanation where possible and necessary.

Otherwise, just wait few more months whilst you make things simpler and schedule the trip for a later time.

She doesn’t need to include CAC if this happens to be the case right?

I mean, if she pays herself salary monthly, what documents does she need to provide in that regard?

Just need a clearer view on this

You would need a cac even if you were paying yourself income as a business person in my own opinion.
The cac demonstrate you have a business and perhaps occupational tie to your home country.
Whilst paying or earning income from the business demonstrates your financial security in regards to the business.
Some way you could pay yourself is create a business account for your business, and pay yourself salary/wages monthly from the business account on a specific date of every month, also you can make a payslip of your business, where you indicate amounts you earn and other ways possible.
However, it is wise I stress all above are done with all genuineness.

Hope that helps.

Hello Good evening
I'm currently applying for a visit visa for my mum and I'm stuck at the money stage. She is a business woman.
I'm trying to use her 6 months statement of account to figure out what to put as her annual earnings and how much she spends in a month but the statement of account is really not straightforward. Sometimes her expenditure is very high and sometimes it is very low. I'm finding it difficult to work out what her average spending in a month should be. I would really appreciate your help
Again, how do I explain the bulk deposits and withdrawals that happen in the account?
I'm her sponsor, are all these necessary or am I worrying too much?

To support the claims that she’s a businesswoman, you would include with mum's application a CAC of the business, also try to ensure that the business is active on cac website, should they want to verify the business.

To figure her average spending, do a total expenses done within 6months as reflected on her back statement then divide by six. That should give you an average spending. Also, it would be nice if she drew the eco attention to the fact that the monthly expenditure is a rough estimate going by the six months period as reflected on her financial documents, and that some months have more expenditure whilst other months low expenditure.

On bulk deposits and withdrawals you would need to write a cover letter detailing; on what, why, where, and how of the transactions, if you have any evidences to include, attach within the application as well to support her claims to that regards.

You as the sponsor, in your letter of sponsorship would detail that you would be fully responsible and capable of shouldering mum's trip, you would include financial documents and ID to support your claims.

Try to make all info to be given on the VAF tally with whatever supporting documents that would be included.

Otherwise, if things seem too unclear and the visit is one that can be undertaken at a later time, you might want to get mum to open another account, where a well tailored and descplined financial transactions are done, thus she pays herself income monthly, have a fixed monthly expenditure, whilst avoiding huge deposits/withdrawals during this period on this account.

I hope that helps

If yes, can we be allow to work before school resumption since we enter with school visa. Thank you.

Yes both parents need to write consent letters and include in each application. MA and DA applications are treated individually, separately and possibly by different ECO. Thus, consent letter in all applications would present synchronism and solve any possible doubts in that regards during visa decisions process.

A school proprietor, tourist visa

You can reapply at anytime. As soon or whenever you want to travel.

If you are applying any soon stick with the 6mil. Write a cover letter, state in that admittance of students or pupils into your school has fallen as such why your take home pay reduced drastically as compared to what you had in previous application. Further stress that you declared your current earnings as applicable and as your earnings as changed as to regards with your school. You may want to include that the eco ignored present facts you presented and wrongly denied you and based their decision on previous year earnings which does not reflect your current earnings. Include that since you have not used your leave due to the recent refusal you are still entitled to it,which is why you have reapplied at this time for a tourist visit. If available and advisable include admissions data to show that there have been decrease in intake as compared to last year if both available

People take pay cut if business is bad, there's nothing sketchy with your application. Cr7 took pay cut cause man u failed to qualify for champions league, so is possible in your business as well.

Please house I need advise on this refusal letter. This is second refusal, the first was last year November.

I have refused your application for a visit visa because I am not satisfied that you meet the requirements of paragraph(s)V4.2 (a) (c) of Appendix V because.

You have applied to visit the UK for2weks tourism. In support of your application you have produced, amongst other documents, Certificate of Incorporation and a Union
bank statement in your name account number ending 7379 and a First Bank
business statement.

You state that you are self-employed earning 6,000000 NGN per annum. However I note in your previous application you stated that your income was 17,000000 NGN
per annum. From the documents produced I am unable to determine why your
income has reduced by almost one third in less than one year. This causes me to
question the credibility of your previous and current applications and also question
your reasons for travel at this time.

I am not satisfied that you are genuinely seeking entry for a purpose that is permitted under the visitor route and that you will leave the UK at the end of your visit. Your
application is therefore refused under paragraph V 4.2 (a) and (c) of the Immigration Rules.

Pls if I may ask what is you job? Purposes of intended visit to the UK?

Hello,

I need help, I don't know where to start or if it is even possible.
I am a youth corper finishing service in January and not yet keen to go into the work force immediately after I return to my home state.
My sister lives in the UK and has invited me to visit her for two weeks early next year after my passing out.
She is sponsoring my trip and has a good account balance and good paying job over there.
1. What kind of documents do I need to submit to show that I am genuinely going for a visit as a tourist to see a family member.
Anyone had this experience before, especially as someone with not much attachment in Nigeria, since I am going to be leaving NYSC soon.
2. If my sister gave me a lump sum of about a million naira to my account as a gift deed to support my application, will that be acceptable?

P.S: Lots of young people all over the world travel around, especially after school before they settle down to find a job or further their career. It's just sad that we are not afforded the same opportunity to be simple tourists without jumping through so many hoops.

DO NOT despise thy last sentence and it shall be well with you ON THIS MATTER.

Good evening all and big ups to the gurus in the house. Please i need quick advice on some issues before i proceed with my application to avoid any issues so i just got my COS with maintenance ticked and i have all the other requirements available but i was previously banned for 10year that elapsed February last year, will i need to state information concerning the ban in my application since its over 10 years and if i do how do i go about it. please i need responce cos i intend putting in my applications next week. Thanks all

Yes supply the information that you had previously been refused and served a ban.

That said, question of "if you have ever been refused visa/entry/deported on the UK VAF for any country and including the UK has no timescale attached to it. As such even if it happened century years ago it is advisable to answer yes and provide necessary details.

Hi everyone,

I just got my skill worker visa, and although I am excited on one hand, I am also anxious on the other.

Due to personal reasons and based on the estimated timelines we expected the visa for my family to be out (we wanted to travel together), I select a travel date that is beyond the 28 days period mandated for the main applicant to be in UK.

The agency (EY) & local HR were aware of the date change, and I have written to them to advise.

So I guess my question is, has anyone been in this boat where you couldn’t make it into the UK within 28days from visa issuance . How did you go about it.

Have you the email sent to you by UKVI.?

Its clearly stated in there what you must do after you collect your travel documents.

Kindly read again the BRP mail sent to you by UKVI.
