Yes this is my worry, I don’t know how to go about it truly.

How can your husband who legally lives in the country, you seeking a legal route to move to the country and be closer to your husband be a worry? I mean you are only visiting to take the exams at this time, afterwards their are still a few bridges to cross, like getting a GMC license, a trust that will offer you an employment and in a longer term, be reunited with your husband. I see no worries there, but pure human FEAR from previous denials. State facts in your current application, support with your plab 1 result, a date for plab 2, state facts of your previous visit intentions where applicable and what you look forward to achieving with current application, that should do. Don't go about thinking you're a flight risk when you aren't and can't even perhaps be any.

Because of the exchange rate, I may not be able to financially sponsor the trip alone

Well, your husband, and you, have every RIGHT to ask him to support if thats what is best for you two.

I am a medical doctor intending to apply for visitors visa to enable me write my PLAB2 in April.
However I have 2 concerns
1st…I have been previously denied a multiple entry visit visa to Ireland last year and upon appeal it was denied on 2 reasons ;
Why I didn’t visit my fiancé in the UK instead
The date I planned on returning had passed before the date the appeal officer reviewed my case. (Irish visitors visa takes 8weeks after biometrics to get a decision and about 3weeks on an appeal case)
N/b; my husband then fiancé lives in the UK and we had planned on having a pre wedding vacation in Ireland And that was why I didn’t apply for a visit visa to the UK then.

2nd….. my hubby lives in the UK on post study visa and would be sponsoring my air ticket and accommodation as my exam is far from where he lives so I will be booking a hotel. I will take care of my feeding and internal transport.

I am worried that having my hubby there may be disadvantageous regarding my evidence/obligation to return.

I will be submitting my bank statements of 6months as I am gainfully employed and earn 300k after taxes.

I would also like to state that I contributed about 1.8m to my wedding in November so the expenses will reflect in my October, November and December bank statements and they are duly labeled. I normally spend between 40k-70k of my salary monthly. I have about 2.6m in my account

How do I go about it?
What are my chances of getting my visa approved

Well, I advise you apply for a visitor visa, take sole sponsorship of the trip without having a contributionfrom your husband if that is possible, acknowledge your hubby lives in the UK, and he may visit you or you may visit him during your visit. However, stress you will return to the UK after your exams to continue work back home . Add your current work leave permission to it, explain the facts you have stated here in the additional information space why you intended to visit Ireland at that time and not the UK. You should be fine, circumstances change, people change and applying as it applies to your current situation works best.
All the best.

I need info please. This 3 months requirement, is it the online application or the biometrics?

I would suppose after you must have done your biometrics and all supporting documents submitted at the submission is when the 3months applies and starts to count

PLEASE I need advice not insult. Thank you in ADVANCE. I've been in the UK with this care visa work for seven months without my sponsor agency giving me work. Now I've been able to get work at a very far place outside London which I go to by entering train 5am while returning by 9 to 10pm. I cannot relocate to the place because I'm currently been accommodated by someone. Going to work is almost costing an arm and leg as I've not been paid till month end. Someone told me to be buying under age ticket rather than normal one. My main question is not the fine as life is risk BUT if caught, CAN IT AFFECT ILR IN 5 YEARS TIME?

Ticketing is secondary to what could affect your ILR.
What you should worry about, if you treat that or take care of that you shouldn't have any worries about tickets.
Under the rules of skilled worker visa, your sponsor should assign you work hours at least approx. 37-40hrd per week(i.e you should have a full-time job with them, your chunk work hours should come from the company that has sponsored you).
However if these were not to be the case then the law permits you to switch to a new employer and update your records/visa as will be applicable with the home office. Thus if the current place where you travel to are willing to offer you a sponsorship, it would serve you a better deal, health wise and financially to relocate to London.

That you and your employer have chosen to abuse your visa, pending results are that, sooner or later you will become physically and mentally drained, that you under perform at work, posing risk to yourself, other workers and services users.

These and more don't or will not only affect your ILR but could see you being given 60days to leave the UK if the Home office gets a tip off.

Is this Norther corpus or Southern Cyprus. Southern Cyprus mad oooh. They almost denied me entry when I went for vacation there in 2018 if not that I work in the company where the consulate is located.

I have to call my boss then who's from Greek, he call ministry of internal affairs that my visa is genuine after 4hours delay, that was how I was allowed entry.

That was what gave me edge in UK application approval.

Which gave an edge, the call to internal affairs or your boss?

Please where can I find Healthcare assistant/ caregiver / support worker job with overseas sponsorship?

I have a Germany tourist visa slot but want to go through work visa, this is why I have been trying to seek for a job in the UK which would sponsor my visa.

I need a CoS please

Kindly tell me the sites to visit

You can still go and read some German newspapers, visit Berlin wall, and still apply for jobs whilst on a tourist trip. Both can be done so take the slot... But you must return to you pt and place of departure after you finish reading the bild, and de-speigel, sprehchen newspapers oooooo.........

After all president elect recently returned from France after the election which he went on for medical tourism, you too deserve newspapers tourism post election and inauguration things jhor....... All na tourism

Congratulations 🎉👏 to all those who recently succeeded on this journey!

For those yet to succeed, I'd recommend you focus your applications more on NHS jobs, especially if you can't meet the financial demands of private care homes.
NHS Band 3 or 4 care/support worker roles are also eligible for HACW visa, or Band 5+ if you're a qualified health professional.
And, yes, the WHO Red List doesn't necessarily affect individual applications made directly to employers.🤗

The SW visa is still open to all other eligible professions, including those in IT, Admin, Teaching etc. You can also learn a new skill (eg any advanced IT/computer packages) and explore other options aside from Care.

Having IELTS for UKVI, PCC, TB test cert etc, whilst you're yet to get a job offer is not a guarantee that you'll get one, and some of these could even expire before the actual need arises. The competition has gone beyond just having these. Focus on getting more experience/skills first before applying for jobs.

You can also take your cue from the below abridged comment.👇

U talk what pls? gini? 😳 financial demand, are talking about salary you will earn or tithe of the salary you will earn. I thought it was free to secure a job from NHS and private care homes.?

Hi everyone,
I need your advice. I renewed my international passport in London, and the collection date on the slip is April 28, 2023, but I have not received the passport. I need to travel next month for an important event outside the UK for which I have paid the full money, and I need a passport to travel. I have less than two weeks to submit my visa application for the event.

Please, is there anything I can do to get the passport as soon as possible?

Thank you.

Reach out to the embassy in London na, and relate to them the urgency if no lead way cancel the trip, request a refund as would be applicable.

Hello house, Good evening.
My company in the UK is sponsoring my visit to the UK for business, although I have some relatives and friends in the UK. I was advised on this forum not to mention that I have family in the UK and to keep the application strictly for business. My question now is when I get to the UK, I most likely won't be staying in a hotel but at my relatives' houses. With this info, how do I approach the 'Where do you plan on staying in the UK' question? Can I just state I will be staying in a hotel or private housing without no evidence of booking?
