The narrative is usually different, if you have not gotten like two refusals back to back. Go to US thread. When it keeps coming, UKVI ecos are the best!

We KNOW better.

I have had 3 refusals in the past for the UK, US, and Sweden. I can confidently tell you in all three occasions my intentions, interests and documents were not sync and the refusals were spot on.
However, I have gone on to hold short-term and long-term visas for the above stated states/countries and all I needed to do was get and submit the right documents with genuine interests, not to mention a dual citizen with another state not mentioned.

Whilst, errors exist with some decisions, I kid you not the ratio is minimal as compared to right decisions made.

1. Yes transit visa will be needed as applied to the traveler and in line with the HO to the transiter.

2. If the course is to be completed within 6months or less, then a standard visa is what the person will have to apply for. If more than 6months or 11 months course or study period then the applicant need to apply for student visa

Note:- Rumors had it that the president-elect traveled abroad for a medical upkeep due to an hectic election, government officials do the same throughout a year and yet cry brain drain.. or do you think WHO will update her list and upgrade Nigeria as sufficient with Healthcare persons if such bill is passed into law?

I have never flown either of them (Google/Trip Advisor reviews are mixed and didn't help me decide).

I no get money for BA or Virgin Atlantic

Anyone with experience from flying either or both airlines should help.

Summer is still a few months away. This is not an urgent case as you have portrayed in your post.
Don't rush the application, as you are only going for holidays, gather the necessary documents, read the thread a few pages aback, importantly page 1 and other bits where a member on here, had a successful application as similar to your case.

Similarly, since it is free to apply for the QTS here in England I could potentially help you do the application should you give it a good try and make no head way. Also there are teaching agencies that recruit teachers for school[b] at no cost[/b]you could search for them..

Also, note, TRCN is to send correspondence to them directly for them to verify that you are a teacher and not individually. The whole process is a simple thing and you should be fine with it.

First I'm in London and on the hours I can work. The rule of the visa has been updated in February to unlimited hours and as long as the person is still working for the sponsor company without specifying the amount of time. Whichever opportunity you have will still be appreciated even if it's the 20hrs. Kindly find attached screenshot from home office website

There are a few care homes in the South West environs, like Bath, Somerset that i am aware will readily offer you shifts. However they maybe not be able to offer you sponsorship. And your location, London-the above mentioned places sounds too unwise to advice further. But you can do a bit research on these regions and more.. All the best mate

What part of the UK are you...? And hope you are aware a B company can only offer you limited hours, (approx. 20hrs) whilst the company that sponsored you with a larger chunk of work hours wk.

Which free? Most of the sites where these jobs are advertised, you hardly see any that sponsor oversea applicants and when you ask people here where they apply for the jobs, they keep mute. Don't that tell you that they pay for it through agents? And find it very difficult to give out information on how they went about it but they'll rush here to ask for vital information about visa application and other things and expect people to answer and assist them. To now claim I am lashing out whenever an agent/agents are mentioned, does seems to me, that you mean I should encourage the fellow that claims to have paid to secure a job or lash out at an agent I know not what agreement he/she had entered with the persons or agency?
