i like my business to be my business, if something has been left behind in my past i generally like it to stay there |
i dont understand why people try to act all formal even on an anonymous forum ... it would be a very awkward meeting cos you would be really self-conscious not like there are hard feelings but thats an experience i can do without. |
yeah, it had better! |

point taken!.... most likely to be ignored @shockreaction if the new independent power plants one of which has already been commissioned, go on as planned then there should be a healthy boost of power into the national grid not only that; these power plants will be cut out gas-flaring (but i am sure when it was first proposed i few revolutionaries like our dear red dismissed the idea as balderdash) its so easy to criticise a policy someone has thot up, but very hard to offer alternative solutions |
matrix, quite well said! |
ciara:shuwepps! |
then perharps he may be entitled to reply... likewise! |
word! word! |
nope! actually some of us dont particularly care |
and who would you be so bold as to label ugly... that theory came from a totally conceited yet totally uninformed person. actually it sounds like something that originated from a beer parlour after guys must have done no less than 5 bottles each - their tongues become looser as their brains become duller |
no doubt HND HOLDER, that much is very obvious |
hmm... Red if that was the f-word, u spelt it wrong then again there really is no need to swear however revolutionary your inclinations; Nigeria canno longer afford to be myopic we have to see into the big picture that the rest of the world is looking at and modelling themselves after otherwise, subsequently we may have greater problems than hunger |
abeg abeg wats this BTW c0dec is calling me |
what do you when its the other way round what if you have a nasty brother or sister-in-law |
pkrix exactly what kind of girls do you hang with? |
when did he propose? |
YOU GO GIRL! |
no sweat! besides i am sure tayo is more than capable |
a good percentage of them no doubt; another good percentage also have the same ability to bury their heads in the sand about new developments; my opnion: if you are going to offer constructive criticism about an issue try to have all available facts so that your arguments are not based strictly on conjecture |
Vieira:gracias! vieira seun stop beefing tayo |
thats a joke right? |
CRITIQUE OF PKRIX PROCEDURES First Stage: excessive humility smacks of insincerity; an ample dose of confidence will get you anywhere (ok not exactly anywhere) so far as u are not rude Second Stage: why on earth would i want to talk to a stranger who does not think its necessary to intro duce himself (particularly in these days of gbomo-gbomo!) Third & Fourth Stage: soooooooooooooo played out! Fifth Stage: after everything i've explained it wont be unreasonable to suggest that there might not actually be a fifth stage.... |
I understand how frustrating it can be to have your contemporary favoured above you by mere reason of the institution from which you graduated However i heed to ask one question how many poly graduates made up their minds not to bother writing Uni JAMB and went straight on to write only POLYJAMB exam? Simply put, did you attend a poly as of first choice? |
HND Holder for the sake of simple clarification, what I meant by God having the longest legs is that with God you don't need any human connections (long leg) as He has the best connections (longest leg) in the world (..the heart of kings is in His hands...). Its neither here nor there if you don't immediately understand an analogy, but it would be advantageous if you clarified its meaning before making your assumptions, I trust that I have been explicit enough. |
Feyifunmi |
because we go marry o! and someone told me that should be an important factor to consider when you are planning to settle down with someone if his or her kin are going to be pretty annoying then you really should know |
It's a common myth that dealing with your in-laws is a nightmare, especially when you are a woman. So Nairaland users help me out because some of need to know - personal or borrowed experiences will be appreciated, as well as tips on how to handle difficult situations. And please no one should divert this topic to the issue of virginity abeg! |
HND Holder:and how am i tempting the Creator... pray tell.... dominobaby:thanks dominobaby but what is BTW? |
Tobi i quite agree with you the responsibility of our government extends beyond the provision of food, while it is important to ensure that the conditions of living are improved, it goes without saying that if extra measures cant be taken to ensure that unexpected disasters are properly contained; or better still, prevented; then there might possibly be no hungry people to feed. |
