Which will u prefer?

I don't really agree with that statement. That when the complaints are loudest, it means you're doing something wrong, its not always true.

Sometimes, the loudest criticism comes because you are doing something people didn't expect or agree with. The amount of criticism doesn't determine whether you are right or wrong. The results do.

Take business for example. Imagine someone stops buying goods from Lagos and decides to start importing directly from China. A lot of people will tell him he is making a mistake because he is leaving what has been working. If the business fails, they will quickly say, "WE TOLD YOU." But if it succeeds, those same people will call him smart and say he made the right decision.
So the decision itself didn't change. Only the outcome did.

That's why I don't judge a coach by how many people agree with his squad selection before a tournament. I judge him by what that squad achieves in the end. If Tuchel succeeds, people will praise him. If he fails, they'll say they knew it all along. That's just how people are.

Once people have decided that someone is wrong, they start looking for evidence to prove themselves right. I hope you understand. Well this is just my view. Your view is also right to some extent, so I'm not trying to change your opinion

For example, if Tuchel had taken those famous players and still lost, 90% of people would be saying, Why did he take Palmer? He's been injured for most of the year and hasn't even scored a goal. Why did he leave out Anderson or Morgan Rogers that have been balling and are in form?

If he had taken Foden and left out O'Reilly, people would still complain. They would say O'Reilly scored plenty of goals for City this season, helped them win the FA Cup and Carabao Cup, and scored important goals, while Foden has only managed about two goals this year and played fewer games.

At 45 it still beat my imagination that I get freak out by anything crawling especially snakes.
This morning while coming out from my apartment, I saw this snake crawling inside my compound while being escorted by a bird (funny scenario), I guess it came from the bush opposite my house and crawl thru under my gate.
Immediately I saw it, instead of me killing it I got freak out.

I quickly took some steps away and hurriedly went to call one of the two guys working in our hotel which is just the next house.
One of the guy said I shouldn't call him in matters of snake (my likeness)
It was the youngest guy who I am 22 yrs older than that came to kill the snake.
Even after he killed it, when snapping it with my phone, I was scared as if the snake will suddenly come back alive and hurt me.
After that, I took a stick and picked it to go throw away. Still I was afraid.

This is me that's not afraid to enter any bush or forest whether day or night.
