what's my own,this one na for those wey dey drink like fish

how does jamb intend to handle the mass failure of students? who is to be blamed for poor performances yearly. these are the issues they should handle first.

Sweetlemon: It depends on the kind of job o!
There are some jobs where you need to to look hot (but not provocative) and things like nicely done hair, nails, and stylish make-up, finished with a good command of English language, graceful and elegance poise will work more wonders than your qualifications! In fact, some companies will not employ you for some job roles if you do not appear stylish no matter what's in your CV.
That's why I adviced the Op to dress according to the job role. For instance, a Customer Relationship Officer for most banks, oil coys, and other big companies, must appear stylish. Most front desk officers at shipping companies are stylish.
But the bottom line is being moderate but stylish.

You are right,dressing and make up is according to the kinda job..i went for a job interview once for the post of a front desk office,i performed well and my Cv earned me a good comment but i had a very light make up(lipgloss and and white powder alone and to make matter worse i tied a scarf,the interviewer had to tell me to add a little bit of make up and leave my hair opened incase of next time.
@poster,you dont have to go too heavy on make up but try and be sexy,nice shirt that would n't expose your bossom and not too tight skirts or trousers,if you are cool with a gown,it has to be suit or turkish gown..black,ash,gray,brown,sky blue...

they have the right to any mode of dressing since its what the religion preaches...

I really pity you, there is nothing wrong with using makeup or the lack of using makeup like this Op of this thread stated its for enhancing your features, but when u start attacking people who are not crazy about makeup it shows that you are insecure and may have self esteem issues. If putting makeup works for u, then fine, but don't come here and start running your mouth just because everyone doesn't feel they need to put 3 layers of makeup to appear beautiful!

like seriously,you do not need to use the word people here to gain other people's sympathy,as a matter of fact,you were the only one who wrote that you use powder alone which means you do not use heavy make up. i know its either you just finished from secsch or you have not started earning money for good make up ....keep up with your powder,lipgloss and eyepencil.....i use make up but u see my eyes,they are angelic,no need to even apply eyeliner.
