JideSM: Already working on your reported issue (https://www.nairaland.com/1379574/mtn-customer-care-thread/30). I will give you feedback as soon as possiblei welcomed back my sim in a confirmed mtn office and d thieves there charged me 1000naira and i later learnt that it was only 150naira. i called their customer care, they told me to go back there and inform the regional manager, how can i go back because of just 1k, i didnt go sha but mtn, im disapointed in yu guys, bad network plus staff thuggery, smh.. |
