Someone please advice me on what to do. I placed an advert on facebook and made payment.

After screening by the facebook team, my advert was rejected. I have no issue with that. The issue I have is that for almost three weeks now my money is not refunded.

The ads account is disable, I can not create adverts, but my money is still held in the ads account. How can I get my money back. Someone pls advice. Thank you.

Enskynelson:
I had an issue like that last year. I funded 15k to use for ad, the ad was rejected and the money got stock there. I couldn't find a way to get the money back to my account. I entered into business of helping people with their facebook ads... I was able to exhaust the whole money just last month.
