- Francisca Ordega seems to be in love with Wizkid - The Super Falcons forward says the Nigerian music artiste is her lover - She also says she wishes to play at the Olympics before retirement Super Falcons star Francisca Ordega has claimed that Nigeria’s music artiste Ayodeji Balogun, popularly known as Wizkid, is her lover, brila.net reports. The Shanghai Shenhua of China star made this revelation when she was asked what comes to her mind anytime she hears the name of the singer. The former Washington Spirit forward also explained further that female footballers get body-shamed because of their physique, but she takes time-out to be as fashionable as possible when she steps on to the pitch. “I look my best when stepping on to the pitch because we as footballers are entertainers. It’s why I wear my makeup, to show we are females and stylish,” said Ordega, as quoted by brila.net. The 26-year-old who has featured in 26 games for the Super Falcons since 2010 scoring 7 goals also used the opportunity to thank her parents, who according to her, supported her dreams to becoming a footballer. ‘Franny’ as she is fondly called says she wishes to play at the Olympics before retirement, but admitted that playing at the FIFA Women’s World Cup Final would be her wildest dream. Just recently, Ordega took as taken to social media to share awesome photo of the new house she built for her lovely mother. The 26-year-old Super Falcons star who currently plays for Chinese Super League side Shenhua Shaghai stated with a caption on the photo that she loves her mother so much. She enjoined her mum to enjoy the new house stressing that she can now marry in peace which is an indication that Ordega is planning to settle down with her sweetheart. However, Ordega did not reveal the location of the building while posting the photo on social media, but it can be seen that the house is a nice one. The house is nicely fenced with good paints and Francisca's father was also seen sitting inside the house happy while looking around. Ordega began her football career back home in Nigeria with Bayelsa Queens in 2008 from where she moved to Rivers Angel in 2011. Legit.ng earlier reported that Asisat Oshoala is currently spending time back home in Lagos state, but the Barcelona striker has complained about the hot weather and traffic. The four-time African Footballer of the Year took to her social media handle to express how the gridlock and weather is making her feel. Legit Tv

Banks open in Abuja, Lagos, Ogun from Monday – FG Published April 29, 2020. The Federal Government says banks will open for commercial operations in Abuja, Lagos and Ogun States beginning Monday, May 4. The National Coordinator of the Presidential Task Force on COVID-19, Dr Sani Aliyu, disclosed this in an ongoing update in Abuja monitored by The PUNCH. Aliyu said banks would be allowed to open between 8am and 2pm in the three places. He said, “In terms of the banks, this continues to be a recurring issue for all of us. We have been in touch with the CBN governor. “Moving on from Monday, banks will open and they will operate normal services from 8am to 2pm. That is six hours but there will be the usual restrictions. For instance, self-distancing and the use of temperature monitors, hand hygiene, and making sure the capacities of banking halls are restricted so that people do not come together.” The PUNCH had reported that the President, Major General Muhammadu Buhari (retd.), during his address to the nation on Monday night, announced the “gradual easing” of the more than four-week lockdown in Abuja, Lagos and Ogun as part of measures to curb the spread of the pandemic. He, however, imposed an 8pm to 6am curfew in the three places while mandating the public use of face masks to curb the community transmission of the virus. Punch
