To be honest, i suspect that management want to use the recruitment as bargaining chip to be retained by the incoming administration. If not i dont see any reason why the process has not concluded. This is what they do. if i am wrong, somebody should say.

Possibly, God has prepared something better for you in future. I have long decided to ignore whatever infos I see here because most of them are not posted with good intents.
