My guess (na guess o) is that you can pick either. I would advise you go with the NOC that is most closely aligned with the contents of your JD. Unless you are a PNP applicant your degree is irrelevant, as per my understanding.

Assuming you have only one JD but it covers both HR and Legal, if the the HR part of your JD has 6 items and the Legal part also has 6 items, pick the NOC for which the NOC description (not title) matches most closely the majority of items. For example if the Legal NOC matches only 3 items from the Legal portion of your JD and the HR NOC matches 5 or 6 of the HR portion of your JD, then safest probably to go with the HR NOC. Please I have a question on my NOC. My job description is Human Resources/Legal Officer. On the NOC site, Legal officer and Human Resources Officer are two different NOC's, however I do both job functions. My question is can I pick just 1 e.g Legal Officer as my NOC because my ECA is for Law and I also don't have any certificate for HR. I haven't created my Express Entry profile yet and I just want to be safe.

Say no nobody is paying, you are the sponsor. Your brother will state it in the IV that he’s gonna offer you accommodation and feeding, that is just like support not sponsor. You are sponsoring yourself.

please I need your input on this. I would be staying with my brother in the UK when I visit and he would provide accommodation and feeding for me. My question now is this, on the form where it says is anybody else paying for your trip, do I say yes and say he would just be providing accommodation and feeding or I say no and include the fact that he is taking care of accommodation and feeding in the invitation letter he sends and also in my cover letter.

Please your your urgent response is appreciated.

What was your opening balance and your closing balance. How long were you working for and what was your salary. You need to address those issues in your next application. You could share your letter or refusal here for other people's input

How long for someone to reapply back, I was refuse on ground that by open balance in last year August too small that maybe I loaded my account my account for six month for the purpose of traveling and that my account could have high than the balance I have.

Can I apply for a visit visa 6 months after joining a new company. I was denied in 2016 based on my previous salary which was 100,000. However, I got a new job in February with a salary above 300,000 and I would like to apply by August.

Also attached are my Marriage Certificates, son’s birth certificate and zero balance from USA hospitals and doctors, Husbands passport page.
Below is our Trip expenditure breakdown:
BUDGET: N282,846.38 (£600)
Return Flight ticket: N250,000(£530.32) ((I read someone advising to make budget as cheap as possible that 250k or less for return trip to & fro UK is ok, please advise)

Pls concerning my investments (PROOF OF FUNDS)
[b]How do I go about it? Which is better?[/b]
A) a letter of support from investment managers showing that the investment fund was liquidable within 2 days of request, the letter should also showing when i started the investment fund, how deposit is received and yield rate(anything else this letter should say?)

B) Or liquidate the investment and support the lump payment with an official letter from investment bodies
C) or cover letter : explain transactions in account especially other salary.
Must I give details how i came about the money i invested? These were side-gig but dont want to declare that I do business on the side as I dont have tax clearance etc.
