I dey fear for Liverpool defence, they always concede
they will outscore Madrid .... my only fear is their loss of concentration AT THE DIE MINUTES , similar to that Attribute of the Super Eagles , during the Era of Keshi .( May his soul RIP)

Bro, I have watched most of those guys up close and personal. But I would like to see your rating if you disagree. But I hope you don't rate Joel Obi based solely on the two friendly games he played recently.

O pari
i personally will not rate Joel ahead of Ogu, based on the 2 friendlies . ... in that cadre , he will be at the bottom ... now doubt Ndidi remains my top , but he has not really put on that Leicester city performance for the Super eagles .

indiscipline? in the national team or this club?
in the national team , most of the times , he played outside his position , and that alone destabilises the team

You are getting it all wrong, I am pro Nigeria players, even the ones not in Nigeria national team, I only stand against what is not right.

How can an Onazi be drop, drop him for who? shehu or Etobor reallyhuh

All this pressure for change makes us lack consistency, no surprise we lacked players with 100+ caps
the only problem Onazi has , is indiscipline, if he can play to instructions , he is a very good an reliable player . cos he gives more than 120%

nothing wrong with tiki taka to me because at least teams that played it(barca and city under guardiola) are/were attacking minded and also played expansive football which is entertaining to watch but park the bus pattern?smh..even Romania in USA 94 were largely defensive minded but their counter attacks were breath taking (all those hags, radiciou and dumetriscu had mad skill and techniques)
but which do you prefer .... the skill football or tactics football

I saw that Okocha Vs Cameroon game of 2004. And I replayed that free-kick like 5-6 times, shouting each time.
just finished watching it .... stepped it down with the testimonial match . that guy is too skilful to quit football so early . like today's football requires lesser dribbling skills ...too much tactics and robotic kind of play has killed some fun in the game .

Those who watched both Okocha and Ogunlana would tell you Ogunlana was naturally gifted when it comes to free kick, imagine having a player who score at least 6 goals through free kick every season.

As i said i give it to Okocha in national team but club football it's Ayo Ogunlana
you re right .... but that Okocha free kick against man united was superb , he scored twice in different position , i think he has some level of accuracy in his feet .

Ayo Ogunlana and Dahiru Sadi were players that can never be forgotten easily in the Nigerian league

Starts in midfield in a 3-4-1-2 / 3-5-2

And yep... I said 2 upfront meaning....

Iheanacho also starts today alongside Vardy and Mahrez behind them... What has entered Puel? Trying to be a bit dynamic perhaps...

NFF Pays Rohr In Advance Till End Of Russia World Cup 2018

https://i0.wp.com/owngoalnigeria.com/wp-content/uploads/2018/04/IMG_4401.jpg

Head coach of the Super Eagles of Nigeria Gernot Rohr has received his salary as coach of the Nigerian team for the next three months , the Nigeria Football Federation (NFF) has confirmed.

According to a segment in the communique released by the NFF after their board meeting, the Franco-German coach of the Super Eagles has received his salary till the end of July , which is the end of the World Cup in Russia.

The payment was made possible by one of the sponsors of the NFF in Aiteo, who are directly responsible for picking the bills of the coach of Nigeria, who has turned around the fortunes of the team since his appointment two years ago.

“Committee heaped encomiums on premium partner AITEO, for paying part of its rights fee as Official Optimum Partner of the NFF for the year 2018, which has enabled the Federation to pay all the coaches in its employ, with coaches of the Senior Men National Team, Super Eagles, now fully paid till the end of the 2018 FIFA World Cup”, the NFF said in the communique released after their board meeting.

“Executive Committee directed the Secretariat to work at a fast pace and diligently too, to finalize within the next few days all travel and other logistics, as well as accommodation arrangements in Russia, for the Nigerian Contingent to the 2018 FIFA World Cup finals,” the communique concluded on the salary of the coach.

why are you dribbling your self, you said earlier if you take off Costa mandzukic will be ordinary and won't get such service in Croatia, and that his all about the head, bros that dude is playing as a winger and can score individual goals.
Mandzukic is a centre forward naturally ... but can play either of the wings .... sometimes .... so his primary position is a striker... on air special ability makes him exceptional .. cut off the supplies and you will see Mandzukic in his own defence go and watch him well .

see how you are struggling to defend your self, why will you remove his Douglas costa abi no be him team mate, football is a team game and you play to your team strength.

Ehen before I forget, go and watch mandzukic last year champions league final goal then you will know his not all about the head
i am not struggling to defend myself , but telling you the importance of a winger to the team (juvetus) , also playing to a certain strength of a player ...

get the importance of playing to the strength of a player ... super eagles lack this .
