The main case is about exploitation and organ trafficking which have next to nothing to do with age and are even more heinous crimes than child trafficking (which would have been a case if the boy was a minor). The fact that the court has ruled out the minor factor is just a drop in the ocean.

If you have been following the case Ekweremadu applied for the docs in Nigeria court to allow Nigerian agencies released the CTC of the boy's age documents to submit to UK court. If you have any other prove of any other documents the court relied in taking the decision he wasn't a minor show me.

The boy could have revealed that he wasn't a minor under oath. We don't know what happened in the court so..

No one is asking you to believe stories from Nigerian sources but before you take a position on a public case you avail yourself all the facts, you could have also sent someone or make your own independent investigation if you want, but coming out to disprove the Nigerian sources at least you should have your own source. It’s doubtful that they even took a look at the fraudulent information presented because they’ve seen their share of forged documents originating in Nigeria. I’ve no doubt that genetic testing was performed which is more credible than things that can’t be authenticated due to corruption however these guys fail to understand the gist of the alleged crime and how age plays no factor in it. The bolded are contradictory. If he gave his consent under financial induction, then how would the case get dismissed. Y'all are just looking at one small section of the picture instead of looking at the whole thing. The main case is based on two things:

1) exploitation: was the boy brought into the UK for the sake of organ donation without being told?

2) motivation behind organ donation: what was the motivation behind this organ donation? Is the boy in question Sonia's lover (impossible), a close relative (out of the question), or some stupid admirer who wants to give his kidney to her(probably)?

If they can jump these hoops, then they are free. However, believe me when I say that the second hook (and the first in a worst case scenario) will surely catch them.
