Politics › Re: Return Of Subsidy Could Lead To ₦2,000/litre Petrol, ₦3,000/$ Exchange Rate — FG by Lifediary: 4:59am On Oct 09
I can't blame this minister. It is not easy to work with someone who doesn't care about governance. It is either you leave or you continue defending mediocrity. The minister wouldn't want to leave, because, a lot of advantages come with his position. The best is to keep defending.

Mind you, these people weren't there when the president declared "subsidy was gone" like someone who was high on cheap substances

The resultant mess is what these ones are trying to manage and at the same time keep their jobs at the expense of poor Nigerians.

A president who acts before thinking is a disaster to Nigeria and Nigerians. The disastrous effects are all over the country.
Politics › Re: 30-day Fuel discount: Tinubu's Govt like "Fuji House of Commotion" - Adebayo by Lifediary: 4:39am On Oct 09
Will this reduce transportation fares?

How will they know transporters that bought from NNPC?

The transporters using CNG-powered vehicles still charge the same transportation fares with those using pms.

How has CNG reduced the cost of transportation in Nigeria?

Tinubu and his people have no business being in the presidency. Just anyhow people. This is why the country too is anyhow

I think this government just came to kill, steal and destroy.

It is up to Nigerians to decide if they enjoy the suffering, or the suffering don do them.
Politics › Re: Federal Government Announces A 30-day Discount On Petrol Through NNPC Stations by Lifediary: 8:34pm On Oct 08
This just further shows that these set of people have no business presiding over the affairs of Nigeria.

Why deliberately push Nigerians into poverty and massive suffering?

Very heartless people.

This is what you get when you allow kakistocrats, charlatans, mediocres, crude, and corrupt people to be in power.

"It is discount, and not subsidy". Very dumb statement. They think everyone will be as dumb as their slaves and hungry supporters.
Politics › Re: Federal Government Announces A 30-day Discount On Petrol Through NNPC Stations by Lifediary: 8:31pm On Oct 08
I thought subsidy is gone!?

What technical term are we going to use for this discount now?

Very heartless government. Never concerned about the welfare of it's citizens.

All na politics. No iota of governance ability, capability and delivery.

They have been sounding like a broken record for over 3 years now explaining why they removed petrol subsidy... Empty barrels in good governance, full barrels in corruption.

When you keep explaining to people every time and place incessantly why you removed petrol subsidy, you are over-explaining out of a subconscious need to justify your worth and your choices. This exhausting habit is often a protective response to a fear of judgment or conflict.
Politics › Re: Rising Fuel Prices, Minimum Wage: NLC Gives FG 14-day Indefinite Strike Notice by Lifediary: 8:24pm On Oct 08
I am really shocked to see that we still have NLC in Nigeria!

Abi, they also just came back from working vacation?

Well, it's about to rain heavily now, so they also have to show face with storage tank.

Politics › Re: More Nigerians Now Into Poverty Because Of Reform, We Had No Choice – Bwala by Lifediary: 6:31am On Oct 08
Is Bayo Onanuga aware of this your statement? Ehn, Bwala!?

Is the Presidency aware of this your statement of truth that is known to all sane Nigerians?

Watch out for another news debunking this soonest. He and then will claim he statements were taken out of context by the opposition.

TRUTH IS THIS PRESENT GOVERNMENT HAS PUT MORE NIGERIANS INTO POVERTY.

THIS PRESENT GOVERNMENT HAS MADE NAIRA VALUELESS PAND THE PURCHASING POWER OF NIGERIANS HAS BEEN ALARMINGLY REDUCED.

YOU DON'T NEED TINUBU'S GLASSES TO SEE ALL THESE.

Dem no dey tell blind, deaf and dumb person say rain dey fall o! Na im body go tell am!
Politics › Re: World Bank: Fuel Price To Slow Nigeria’s Poverty Reduction by Lifediary: 5:22pm On Oct 07
World bank has turned into content creators.

Anyways, I don't blame them sha! They are doing all to protect their investments. Anytime they see Nigeria now, the joy is always full. Maga fully secured.

Education › Re: Fake Professorship: University Moves Against Kila, Removes Him From Website by Lifediary: 7:25am On Oct 06
What is good for the goose is also sauce for the gander.

The president of this country has no traceable history of primary and secondary schools attended.

The secondary school in Ibadan denied ever having any relationship with him. The other one he claimed to have graduated from in Lagos was founded 4 years after his acclaimed graduation.

... And he is boldly the president of Nigeria.

Moral of this short story is that: FISH ROTS FROM THE HEAD DOWN!

When you bring wood infested with ants into your room, cockroaches, lizards, wall geckos, etc will be your roommates... The unfiltered story of Nigeria.
Science/Technology › Re: PBAT Smart Nation Initiative Unveils ‘Youth In Tech Festival 2026’ by Lifediary: 2:37pm On Oct 05
Zero in governance, 100 in propaganda.

By the way, how many of the people in the president's cabinet are using CNG-powered vehicles?

Instead of getting to do the real work, they are all on jamboree.

No wonder the country is diving into the abyss
Politics › Re: "If Tinubu Saved Economy, APC Deceived Nigerians For 8 Years"- ADC To Shettima by Lifediary:
APC knows nothing about governance. All they know is how to play opposition.

You will think the party of this current government is different from that of Buhari with their utterances.

APC said same when Buhari was president. All the blame was on Jonathan For a good 8 years o! At the same time, they were telling us that Buhari was the best thing that happened to Nigeria after Mungo Park discovered River Niger. Makes me remember that person back then on Nairaland during Buhari's government that is always posting Buhari washing Nigeria... Lol. Where the person dey now sef!?

Fast-forward to Tinubu's government, they are all blaming Buhari's government for pushing Nigeria to brink of collapse.

Same APC o!

They are always looking for who to blame rather than themselves. Always never accountable for their responsibilities.
Politics › Re: Tinubu Has Never Implemented Any Budget — Senator Maidoki by Lifediary: 2:11pm On Oct 05
Democracy or Agberocracy?

This is classical agbero display. Settle some boys, keep the rest for pocket. No accountability, all na free money.

You don see where dem agbero dey implement budget for orita? All na jagba.
Politics › Re: Tinubu Saved Nigeria From Economic Collapse – VP Shettima by Lifediary: 10:56am On Oct 05
Can you see how shallow and useless these people steering the affairs of this country are?

“In the next couple of weeks, we are going to launch e-logistics in the North-West. We are going to launch 10,600 electric tricycles to ease the pains of the people in the North-East, and 300 buses and e-taxis; all these are meant to ameliorate the suffering of our people,” he added.

You people are just so quick to comment.

If this is your response to my post, then, what can I say!

It's your choice.

Saturnalia:
Oga, you go explain tire ooo. Nnamdi Kanu has opened our eyes.

The problem with your write-up is that no other tribe or ethnicity in Nigeria has ever labeled any part of Yorubaland a No Man’s Land or ascribed its development to their people.

Unfortunately for you, we a good students of history.
Politics › Re: “Tinubu’s Policies Killed My Mother” - Rotimi Amaechi (video) by Lifediary: 10:42am On Oct 03
People like Amaechi are more of a loose-canon. The say all these things deliberately because they know the system has been designed not to make them accountable.

Hence, they will always come and just talk loosely.

Besides, bold journalism is dead in Nigeria.
Politics › Re: If You Elect Me President, I’ll Spend My Holidays In Zamfara, Borno- Peter Obi by Lifediary: 10:34am On Oct 03
This statement is why Nigeria will keep on going backwards as a nation.

When even the citizens don't understand job description and responsibilities of their president.

Everything is a joke to them.

faoogoke:
If you become President dont travel and enjoy your presidency.
Me, I will travel very well.
Politics › Re: If You Elect Me President, I’ll Spend My Holidays In Zamfara, Borno- Peter Obi by Lifediary: 10:31am On Oct 03
Many Nigerians don't know what real governance his. The country has so degenerated that abnormal is normal to it's citizens. Many can't differentiate between their left and right hands.

A president or government official can do whatever he or she likes as long as it is within the constitution.

Must you do jamboree travels at the expense of the citizens? NO!

You are free to travel and enjoy yourself on your own funds. That should be your business.

When will Nigerians start holding their leaders accountable. Leaders who leave of the citizens.

faoogoke:
If you become President dont travel and enjoy your presidency.
Me, I will travel very well.
Politics › Re: If You Elect Me President, I’ll Spend My Holidays In Zamfara, Borno- Peter Obi by Lifediary: 10:19am On Oct 03
Who is paying for the President's France jamboree vacation?

Tax paying citizens?

How much does the president spends on his trips?

All these information should be plain and open to Nigerians. Those in government are are not spending their personal funds. Their are spendings should be made public and open for Nigerians.

Nigerians should learn to hold those in government accountable. That's the only way we can advance as a nation.
Politics › Re: If You Elect Me President, I’ll Spend My Holidays In Zamfara, Borno- Peter Obi by Lifediary: 10:13am On Oct 03
Why will Nigeria's president spend 1 month out of the country on vacation?

For sane minds, is that okay?

Why will Nigeria's president go beyond the number of days allowed by the constitution out of the country without any repercussion?

Do we still have an active constitution in this country?

Or the constitution is only selective for some people?

Are we really practicing democracy?

These are questions patriotic Nigerians are meant to be asking.
Politics › Re: See Chinedu Rhode Vivor hilarious Old Tweets by Lifediary:
Nigerians and mediocrity.

It is good to condemn bad behaviours and utterances generally.

The GRV guy has made a lot of careless utterances that people are using to haunt and taunt him presently. Those utterances were actually loose. Truth be told, they are is personal opinion and believe. Maybe he has changed from that mind set now, who knows?

We should also know that even some Yoruba's still call themselves betrayals. For those who are not Lagos Yoruba's, many native Yoruba's still till this day tag some people from some particular Yoruba places as betrayals, thugs, wayward in morals, etc.

So, looking at it holistically, it is not only an Igbo thing. Even most people from other parts of the country label Yorubas has betrayals, not only the Igbos.

All these shenanigans are what the politicians exploit and use when they want the narrative to favour them for their own selfish reasons.

Politicians bring in cards of ethnicity and religion in play to satisfy and achieve their greed.

For example, the same Igbo ethnic card was played against Jimi Agbaje, the PDP gubernatorial candidate against Ambode. Mind you, Agbaje is a full Lagosian with no ethnic relationship with Igbos.

I am no more surprised that mentally lazy individuals who are not politicians will still support and propagate all these selfish and destructive tendencies. Why... Because of mere crumbs.

And they say they are the leaders of tomorrow. SMH
