mayorall: That's the minimum eligibility criteria. Then you will now compete with everyone that met the eligibility criteria. Just 180 post since 2017 (7 years) is low among other participants. That's average of 25 posts per year which signals alternative moniker or little contribution. I hope this helps. @mayorall, I have over 100 posts. All the same, this is a very good & great gesture👍🏿. The significance of this on people's lives in this present time goes beyond even your imagination I can tell you. 💪🏿 |

Health › Anthrax Outbreak In Nigeria... What You Should Know by Lifediary(op): 7:36pm On Jul 20, 2023 |
ANTHRAX Anthrax is a serious bacterial infection that mainly affects animals, but it can also be transmitted to humans. People can get sick with anthrax if they come in contact with infected animals or contaminated animal products. Anthrax can cause severe illness in both humans and animals. Anthrax is not contagious, which means you can’t catch it from another person like the cold or flu.
HOW DO PEOPLE GET INFECTED WITH ANTHRAX? People get infected with anthrax when spores get into the body. When anthrax spores get inside the body, they can be “activated.” The bacteria can then multiply, spread out in the body, produce toxins, and cause severe illness.
This can happen when people breathe in spores, eat food or drink water contaminated with spores, or get spores in a cut or scrape in the skin.
Certain activities can also increase a person’s chances of getting infected. Such activities include: -Working with infected animals or animal products -Eating raw or undercooked meat from infected animals
Here are a few things you should do:
1. Contact relevant authorities: Notify the local health department or veterinary services about the outbreak as soon as possible. They will be best equipped to handle the situation and provide necessary guidance.
2. Be cautious and take preventive measures: If you come into contact with an infected animal or its products (such as meat or hide), take precautions such as wearing protective gloves and clothing. Avoid consuming products from sick animals and be wary of the livestock & wild animals you consume or come in contact with.
3. Seek medical attention if symptoms appear: If you develop symptoms like skin sores, fever, fatigue, or difficulty breathing, seek medical help immediately. Early diagnosis and treatment are crucial for a better prognosis.
4. Vaccination options: Anthrax vaccines are available for animals, and some countries have vaccination programs in place. Consult with local veterinary services to inquire about vaccination options for livestock and pets.

Politics › Re: Yoruba Media Have Failed To Show Us 1 Farm Destroyed By Fulanis In The West by Lifediary: 7:16pm On Mar 03, 2021*. Modified: 4:39pm On Dec 15, 2024 |
thebosstrevor1: The yoruba press who are very quick to accuse every other tribe of maltreatment have totally failed to show us one farm destroyed by Fulanis Herdmen in the west.
During the civil war, the yoruba press were active in changing the whole yoruba nation opinions against the igbo people, infact Awolowo supported the war.
Now, the yoruba press have started again, they have convinced the whole yorubas that fulanis are on their farms but they failed to show us one single picture of farmlands destroyed by fulanis herdmen.
Till today, we only hear about those "killed " by fulanis but there haven't been any pictures except pictures of fulani cows.
This is an attempt by the yoruba press to incite violence on fulani people because President Buhari never agreed with their style of FAKENEWS.
Note, the yoruba press after Buhari arrested some journalists for spreading fake news started calling President Buhari, a Major General, now they decided to involve the fulani tribes in their FAKENEWS, now, it is backfiring.
We just hope the yoruba press wont send Nigeria into another civil war. Na WA o |
