Hello fam, I have been following this thread since last year, but I was scared that learning French to pass exams may be challenging for me, but now, I'm ready to give if a trial and give it my all. I just got myself a native speaking private tutor in Abuja, I plan to write TEF in April or May.
Also I'm pregnant and my Edd is in Feb, won't be easy at all, therefore I'll need loads of encouragement from you guys. I'm in Abuja, I don't mind if I can have a study partner.

I am doing fine o, was placed on a drug after my last visit to the hospital cos of pain, going for check up later this week, biko is pain once in a while normal especially back pain.

If u sue the university, the lecturer will not be sacked for negligence of duty. He will be warned, warned again, queried, another query, panel will sit and debate on his case, then vote, and sack letter if necessary.
There are protocols.
They will sue sometimes and win.
U follow protocols.
Sometimes, they suspend and then call back or sack.
When u don't do that, it's also abuse of office from your angle.

Sorry for what happened to u but that is how it's done.

Then the quantity you take and at what interval matters too.

My advice wait till your baby is out if you need it to boost bm ( as many claim it does for them)plus other little benefits which you can get from safer sources.

Hi all...I'm new here but I have been keeping tabs on this group and decided to re activate my account to become part of this powerful family...I'm currently 16weeks....had serious Ms in my first trimester which stopped around 14 weeks,now it's back again at 15 weeks +...the vomiting aspect most especially....infact yesterday night I threw up so forcefully that I injured my oesophagus and as I result I experienced blood in my vomit and still experiencing pain in my throat up till now...eating dinner yesterday which happened to be a pepperish spaghetti was a night mare but I had no choice as I was so hungry....seeking solutions on Google is also scary as I keep seeing things like surgery.... has any one experienced this in their second trimester? Cos I thought MS stops after 12-14 weeks at most...I'm a First time mom so I'm not experienced.

I'm almost at the beginning of 3rd trimester, I still experience ms. I used to injure my throat and see traces of blood too, but that has stopped now.
I think some of us are just not so lucky with ms.

She is lucky. My husband almost killed me with bitter leaves in soup and that was I started cooking my food. He will even say bitter leaves cure malaria, yet I have been treating malaria almost every month.
I don't wish to be in a condition that someone else will cook for me.

Hehehe, my hubby can eat bitter leaf inside fried eggs. In fact, he will eat soup with unwashed bitter leaf, I don't know how someone can like bitter leaves so much.
I'm not a fan.

My left areola was itchy some weeks back, I applied Olive oil on both breasts and cleaned them twice, after some days the skin on the left areola started peeling, but it's back to normal now.

I get the itching and the peeling skin too. But no milk.
Sometimes, I get this very peppering sensation, that I will feel like pulling off my top anywhere I am. Most times, I use chilled water or ice cubes on them to reduce the peppering.
I just can't wait for all these to be over...

It was so bad here too before I discovered Gecrol, it's just like gestid, only thicker. I just take a teaspoon after eating anything at all, and the heartburns became milder than before. In fact, I can now go a day or two without heartburn, unlike before

Good morning mamas, please, I don't understand the way my baby kicks at times, it's like he's always running to catch the bus. Tho, I was told not to worry and that he's just hyper active, that's all. But sometimes I get scared and think maybe he's restless.
