I am 32 years old and my girlfriend is 31 years old. We’ve been together for 5 years and now live together in a nice house.

Sometime ago, I had serious medical problems and she gave me one of her kidneys to save my life.

However, things have been slowly fizzling out and I’ve been feeling like we don’t belong together for a few months now. I feel like if I don’t make a decision soon we will be married and I will feel this way forever.

But on the other hand, getting a kidney transplant has changed my life for the better in so many ways. I feel like staying together is the right thing to do even if I’m not in love anymore.

I’ll never be able to pay her back. I’m so torn and conflicted and feel like I have to make an impossible choice.

If I stay with her, I’ll always feel trapped and in a loveless relationship. If I break up with her, I’ll forever feel like an evil person for dumping someone who literally put their life on the line for me.

The 'Wahala Dey' crooner, Big Brother Naija winner, Efe has lately gathered for himself numerous fans, instagram followers, to mention but few. His music singles as well as 'Based on Logistics' escalated encouraging comments from his fans, but no matter what you do in life you must be criticized, I mean heavily criticized.

I'm here to point my few words at daft people who just sit back and criticize someone.

At first, it was after Efe performed his 'Thank God' single at AY Live, people took to nairaland and other social media to slam him, saying that he should leave music and invest in agriculture (if I should paraphrase) amidst others.

Recently, the single titled 'Based on Logistics' was successfully released and based on my review, I'll say the track is fabulous; Well Done Efe. But you'll still see people saying it's wack.

The main aim of writing this article is to address those people criticizing. Firstly, if I should ask; you criticizing, what have you achieved? Have you writen a song before in your life? And even if you've done that how far did it go? Take your time and answer these questions.

If you can't answer them, then get a life, go and do something beneficial to your life. With God's help Efe emerged winner of Bbnaija after being through a lot there, now he's trying to build up and you who haven't even reached an height you can boast of, you choose to remain beneath criticizing, Weh Done!

You may spill that, I'm writing this because I support Efe, Yes! You're correct I do. We have to help him stir up his potentials not badmouthing him.

If you choose to continue in criticizing, Sorry! You'll continue to bask in that level you are.

I can perceive the aroma of what Efe is cooking; big things ahead, Anticipate.

Burnley Midfielder, Joey Barton has been issued a ban for contradicting the rules which goes against betting.

The 18-Month ban took effect after he admitted to a Football Association charge in relation to betting. Barton plans to appeal intensively on the timeframe of the suspension, stating that it is 'excessive'. He also disclosed that he is addicted to gambling.

For placing 1,260 bets on matches between 26 March 2006 and 13 May 2016, the 33year old professional football player, Barton has gotten for himself a fine of £30,000 and warned about his conduct aftermath.

"I have fought addiction to gambling and provided the FA with a medical report about my problem - I'm disappointed it wasn't taken into proper consideration," he said.

The midfielder bet on some matches in which he played but he stressed in a statement on his website that "this is not match fixing" and that at "no point in any of this is my integrity in question".

He added: "I accept that I broke the rules governing professional footballers, but I do feel the penalty is heavier than it might be for other less controversial players.

Probably you never knew that Nigeria’s ex-President, Olusegun Obasanjo, is the grand patron of the Supreme Kegites Club of Nigeria. The 80-year-old ex-President, was pictured gyrating with his club mates in Abeokuta, Ogun State.

The Kegites club or the palm wine club is the most popular socio-cultural club in the Nigeria. The club originated from the University of Ife ile ife (now known as obafemi awolow university).

The club was formally formed in (1962). The club had its 1st chief in the person of PROFESSOR OLUSEGUN ADESHINA. Incidentally, since the formation, the club has undergone various kinds of transformations. For instance, the club had its 1st female member (okpeke) in the person of L.S.F DUKPE AJAY. She was the 1st female to join the club in (1968).

In (1974), the club started spreading to other schools in Nigeria with Ilya Du Tractor (Federal College of Agriculture Akure Ondo State Nigeria) as the first Ilya to get a Keg of Office (accreditation) from the World Headquaters. While the first Ilya to get a Keg of Office in Imo-Abia hemisphere is Ilya du Kokoroko (Fed. University of Agric. Umudike, Abia State).

In 1986, Chief ANTHONY UZODINMA OGIDI became the first and only Igbo man to be made a World Chief, and it was during his one year reign that the name of the Club was changed from Palm Wine Drinkards Club to Kegites Club International. This change was basically because members of the club were being connoted to be drunkards and irresponsible people.

Many say the world still awaits its end simply because the "Word of God" (The Bible) hasn't reached to

of people appear to be very herculean to penetrate into their hidden belief region. It's very ridiculous how people wallow in immense ignorance but seem confident on their supposed wisdom.

Can you imagine after a staunch Christian couple
were introduced to Facebook, they started by
posting a picture of them lying naked in bed after
some ‘action’.
Judging from his earlier posts, Onesmus Kinyua is a
humble, God fearing Kenyan man in his 30’s whose
