Some of these organisms take time to clear out of the blood, even when they are no longer infective.
See a doctor for a total check-up and be sure something else is not going on in your body.
Taking all these medications often is dangerous for you and even the society at large as you tend to breed drug-resistant organisms.

Walk to a good hospital and do basic tests: your bp, sugar level, cbc, lfts, u&es should be a good start.

Mp=negative means the antimalarial cleared the parasites from your blood. But the hypnozoites are so difficult to eradicate. A combination of antimalarial is required to eradicate the hypnozoites from the liver in order to put an end to the recurrence.

Persistent malaria is likely caused by exo-erythrocytic phase of the malarial infection. The parasites are likely incubating in the liver in form of hypnozoites, and tend to hatch later on to release the merozoites, I hope I'm right?!.

The antimalarial medications you took/take only eradicate the erythrocytic form of the parasite known as the trophozoite. But the hypnozoite incubating in the liver later on(likely after 2wks or 3wks or more) hatch into the merozoite which is released into the bloodstream, and begins another malarial cycle.

What you need is an antimalarial that would eradicate the hypnozoite from the liver.

The worst is accident attack am getting up and down for few days now,so the fear added up to traveling

I slept in a church yesterday(vigil)she still came in the dream saying my plan won't work, asking me who I'm planning to abandon all the children for,it was in that dream she claimed the responsibility of those accident,she said they are all warning,that she has the power to take my life at anytime

I woke up,decided to stop this whole church thing, I lost confidence if they can save me
