I used 8280 and inputted key 0 in the 1st line and key 1 on the 2nd line but it is still scrambled.
Please help maybe I was wrong in the way I was loading the keys

I can't say for now but will check when i get home. because i have a setup of 28e, 16e, 9e and 5e on a 90cm dish which everything is working perfectly, so i didn't bother myself about the 5e I have with 7e on a single lnb.

I discovered that the reason why nailing 7e and 5e on 60cm dish using 1 lnbf seem to be impossible is that the two sat has different lnb skew, the right lnb skew for 7e is 6 0clock while the one for 5e is 5 0clock, but when u talk of 28e and 26e is very much possible on 60cm dish using 1 lnbf is because both sat has the same lnb skew that is 9 0clock or 8 0clock, gurus whats ur take on this, any other way out?

I don't know about 60cm but i have both 7e and 5e on a 90cm dish using one lnb...

With my little experience,I think skewing at 6°clock or @ 5°clock is not the main reason why we couldn't nail both ses 5 and 7°e using one Lnb on certain dish like 60cm,1M.
I think it has to do with the offset and focal points on the dish and the type of dish used.
I tried nailing both birds using one LNB on my star time 1M dish as attachment to primary 16°e,I was only able to get Ses 5 at 67% with 6°clock skew while 7°e didn't pop up at all.

There is no issues with your combination.
Just bring down your 28.2°e down a bit like 1cm, you should nail MBC package using 12284V27500.
Your multitv signal will drop,just ensure you have about 65% and above for MBC to show without cracking and ensure your multiTV is above 60% too.

you are right bro but also know that MBC hd on badr 6 was paid channels on My HD decoder and they free the channels for a while but this package MBC is been thrown to the newly lunch bird which is badr 7 let's hope they last just like the one on nilesat nwa beam but good news for me is ,i nab it with 90cm last three days with seevii drama tp with almost 90%. signal which is good in future.

The channels are on badr 7, Northwest African beam.
It's new.(10970v27500),..live on 60cm..nothing special sha

Also, MBC channels on badr 7, Mena beaml(11270v27500)...live on 1.3M dish.
1M is possible
