Kidnapping is a very lucrative business in this country. And our security agency don't know the meaning of "classified information". Every kidnap incident is publicised to the general public.
I hope more frustrated and unemployed Nigerian youth won't venture into this lucrative business. |

LP as a party is dead. It has been murdered mostly by greed.
It's a pity they presented an honest front under a facade of deception and corruption. The worst is that the "obidients" are not oblivious of the corruption, but prefer to defend it using whataboutism. |

It all stems from a deep rooted instinct of fear of the unknown. Humans are very funny creatures. We are greedy and hypocritical in nature.
Even religious people pray against untimely death instead of praying to go home to their supposed heaven full of pleasure, bliss and whatnot. |

Samantha124: I'm gonna speak from an African woman's perspective, especially a South African woman.
There's this stereotype that an African woman is expected to have a curvy figure like a figure 8... For example, as a South African woman, I didn't know that South Africa is considered to have a high number of curvy women until I joined nairaland because it had never came to my attention one bit.
At first I didn't take the comments seriously here on nairaland, until I came across two videos of Nigerian women based here in SA talking of how SA women are gifted with curves and big behinds... I never paid attention to any of those things, maybe because I'm also an SA woman.
So I decided that I was gonna do my own findings, this other time I was at a mall and I decided that I was gonna check my SA ladies out and I was shocked by what I saw, it was like 85% of them were bootylicious... ... But I was like noo, I can't make any conclusions yet because I'm in Durban and maybe it's possible that it's only the Zulu girls who have the booty, so I waited until I go home to Polokwane to check my Sepedi girls out...
Of course I finally did traveled back home and this one time I was at a shopping center with my nephew, we had ordered for some pies and while we were still waiting for our orders, I decided that I'm gonna check out my Sepedi ladies out to confirm what some male nairalanders have been saying... .. I was shocked the second time.. .. I saw Nicki Minaj figures walking around and I couldn't help but wonder to myself how come I didn't notice all these things all my life... Not all of them were curvy, but most of them did have the curves and the booty.
So as an African lady, if you lack self confidence, you might end up having a low self-esteem and using butt pads to look like other African ladies outside.... Even now I'm still shocked by what I saw... This sounds so Nigerian. Especially that part where you were shocked and "Even now I'm still shocked by what I saw" part |

Samdaresd: when you pump money in to the circulation, you make your currency worthless. What did elementary economics teaches you? When you have too much of money chasing few goods..... U can finish it! Not when you pump in money for production, especially export commodities or to produce what you import. Let's say in a country, the total money in circulation is N100 and they have five goods they can purchase with the total money, i.e. N20 per commodity. When you pump in more money into circulation, say another N100 and the commodities don't increase, then the price of one of those commodities will increase to N20. But let's say the N100 was given to the manufacturers of those commodities to produce more, what do you think will happen? It's elementary economics as you opined. |

This is exactly what Emefiele said. That's why he and Buhari implemented the policy that negatively impacted businesses and the citizens. Nigeria economy is not something you wake up and start implementing some random policy. You need to understudy it and understand the policy that will be optimal and bring positive outcome in not so long time and I quite agree with mrvitalis points.
Pump money into manufacturing and give them time then you'd start seeing the positive results. |

To understand how illogical it is, do the math again, this time spend N10 on 5 items, then calculate the initial money by summing what's remaining and hopefully you should get N110 |

I commend the Northern region for their obsession to their beliefs.
Despite all odds, they have been able to maintain status quo, even when outside forces tried to introduce wokism to their culture and religion just like has been introduced to the South.
But they should understand that hospital cases are a matter of life and death. If no qualified female doctor is available to attend to their wives, they should allow the qualified doctor attend to her. |

hopefulLandlord: Story of Samson is arguably the most absurd story ever!!!!
Samson was a man given ultimate power by Yaweh but fell in the hands of Delilah to the philistines.
Delilah tried to get the deepest secret samson ever had, the secrets of his power...and the story went like this:
1st attempt: After much pressure, Samson gave Delilah a wrong answer "If they bind me with seven green withes that were never dried, then shall I be weak, and be as another man."
And behold the very next day, Samson was bound with seven green withes..
People tell me, even the most stupidest person in the world will realise at this point he has been betrayed, but dont laugh yet as there was attempt no 2
No 2: After the 1st failed, the strongest man had no clue his most precious secret has been given away by the only woman he told but went ahead to bow to more pressure and he gave another wrong answer as "If they bind me fast with new ropes that never were occupied, then shall I be weak, and be as another man."
Behold, the very next day, his hands were tied with the new ropes but is it not amazing that he still had no clue he was being betrayed?? Now at this point I am almost passing out of shock for this level of stupidity if it ever existed
Attempt no 3: Yes there was a 3rd attempt, believe me a 3rd attempt !!!!! "If thou weavest the seven locks of my head with the web. and yet it happened again.
Even if someone is cursed with stupidity, it cant be this terrible to now give a 4th chance of eventually revealing his most precious secret to som1 that has betrayed him 3 times consecutively..
Aba!!! bible stories ??
Now guys, don't laugh off your eyes yet because the part that killed it all was after the philistines cut off his hair and finally caught the most dreaded enemy of their generation.
These guys knew his source of power was his hair, but it is astonishing that a large number of stupid people did not know hairs can grow...or did not know that they would need to shave off his hairs daily but they let him alone till his hairs grew back.
The writer (s) must be on some strong stuff; but christians believe this story!! infact they have an obligation to The story is very absurd. From my perspective, I think Samson is dumb and very egoistic at the same time. How can you hate a tribe so much that you slaughter their men in war like it's nothing... As if that's not enough, you start fvcking their daughter right in their midst, haba na bros reason am na. His attitude was like I will kill you guys and Bleep your biitch and you will do nothing about that cos I'm the strongest man alive. He deserved death if the story actually happened |

If the government wants to help Nigeria youth, then Jamb shouldn't include institution in their platform. Every student should write Jamb and use the result to apply to at least 10 or more Nigeria universities for a period of 3 years. |

NEPOTISM When an ibo is employed into a company, industry, farm, hospital, government establishments, radio is TV stations, commissions, ministries, churches, bakeries, eateries, police, LASTMA, everywhere..... You just name it. Through their Ezes and Heads, they all been mandated to make sure every vacancies or spaces is filled with ibos only. This is why people wonder why they prefer to be personnel managers and head employment offices while they have certificates which betters that position. Even in schools, without the awareness of fellow teachers and lecturers, they mischievously award high marks to ibo students at the detriment of knowledge and other students. Little wonder why they always have best students. This has been proven by the recent closure of schools and sanctioning of schools in Anambra state by Gov. Soludo for malpractices. They even hope to hunt bourgeoises among the yorubas by making sure their females get accidental pregnancies to them. That's why most honourable Yorubas are married to ibo girls. Tinubu's son Fanikayode's wife Governor Akeredolu Gov. Adeleke and many others. This is as children tends to go along the love of their mothers, these children will ask eventually take decisions that would favour the ibos operation of "CONQUERING THE YORUBAS". even in government offices, the females among them lure their Yoruba bosses for sexes to buy positions for their fellow ibos and get them fill vacant spaces. It's called "Igbo" you tribalist! |
