Crypto provides the same benefits as your local bank and more.

Additionally, it is more secure than your local bank, it is not as limited to geographical boundaries as your local bank, it is like a world wide common currency.

The benefits and uses are endless, you can use it to do anything you use money to do but on a global scale.

I don't expect anything better from the enemy of this country that want Tinubu to be borrowing money like previous government And pass the suffering to the next generation.

Tinubu is on the right track... The mumu only love to see failure, they will hate you when you analyze success for them.

Tinubu is going run his govts through internally generated revenue and pass prosperity to the next generation.

Tinubu should please increase the minimum wage and make everybody wake up to the new reality.

Double your hustle to survive, Cost of living in Nigeria is the lowest in West and southern Africa.

Walk around the African continent, check the price of foods there and compare it with how much you buy am for Nigeria, then you will realize that you guys had been lucky since all this while.

Werey people will claimed that shebi Nigeria have Natural resources, we should be feeding fat na.

But won't know that Human resources is far better than Natural resources. Most people are liability to this government.

I pray Tinubu declared more war against Insecurity too .. make citizens survive the cost of living themselves.

https://www.premiumtimesng.com/news/headlines/655284-senate-approves-tinubus-request-to-borrow-7-4-billion-100-million-euros.html

Tinubu is borrowing at an alarming rate, if the trend continues, what PMB and previous Presidents borrowed would be a child’s play.

BAT is even more reckless with nothing or capital project attached to some of these loans…

The other time he borrowed $800 millions from IMF saying they would use the money to alleviate poverty by sharing among all Nigerians, did you get your credit alert from that $800 million loot?

dinachi:

Infact, Trump can even seek justice on the basis of mistrial. You can see that this is a very punitive judgement. Evil people who do not know how else to stop him from winning the elections are deploying everything in their arsenal to destroy him because they know what will happen when he wins. As for appeal, yes, he can and will appeal. All those jargon about paying a hefty bond of 540 mil before he can appeal is nonsense. If doesn't happen anywhere in the world. The whole idea is to damage his image.

You don’t even know what you are talking about. Your comments are very swallow and shows you are trying to talk about subjects that are above your pay grade!

What do you mean that he can seek justice on the basis of a mistrial, you don’t know what you are talking about, there was no mistrial.

Yes the judgement are punitive, Punitive judgements and fines are common place in the USA. They are there to discourage a repeat offense.

For the New York case, Trump is required by law to make payments immediately or post a bond, if he does not, collection on the judgment become automatic and immediately and he can not delay this because he wants to appeal.

For the Sexual assault case where $85 million was awarded against him, the rules are a little bit different because that is a Federal Case, in that case if he does not pay or provide a bond, Ms. Carroll file a judgment lien against him before payments become effective immediately. He have a little flexibility here, because he can try to negotiate with Carroll so they can have some kind of agreement so to prevent her from filing a judgment lien against him.

The guy is in serious financial strait at the moment.

God created him first and gave him the master plan because creating the woman, armed with that master plan, it is his job to go look for a woman that would fit that plan.

Yes, this is not only limited to finding a wife, it includes finding a girlfriend as a girlfriend is a potential wife to be…and if he can’t home this skill in looking for a girlfriend he will definitely lack it when it comes time to look for a wife.

Not until it gets to Appeal and Supreme Court, they ain't getting a dime from Trump.

/

Not totally true!

Before he can appeal, he must either pay the full amount to the Court for safe keeping in case he lost his appeal or bond the whole amount.

From past experience, Trump will bond the amount and then appeal the case.

The bond work in some ways similar to insurance, Trump would approach a bond company and put down eg 10% of the above amount and pledge or deposit collateral or property documents for the remainder to the bonds company.

The bonds company would in turn approach the Court and place in safety the whole amount or if they have a good reputation with the Court, the court can go on their self-recognition.

So in this case Trump must pay about 10% aka $36 million before he can appeal.

Now depending on his agreement with the bonds company, if he wins the appeal, the bond company can return some of that 10% and his documents but if he loses, he must either pay the 90% remaining to the Court or the bond company would auction the asset kept in collateral so as to satisfy the court or the party that won the monetary case.

Bros very difficult to withdraw dollar from even your dom account today!

And as Naira is a free fall, it is not a good asset to store value, therefore many people change their Naira to dollar and aka store it under their pillow at home.

And they defray daily expenses from there by simply changing little by little back to Naira on the day of use.

The status quo will remain until Nigeria stops doing the bidding of IMF and world bank. Developed economies don't mean well for Nigeria. Imagine when 1 Naira was 1 Dollar in the 70s IMF said Nigeria should devalue Naira and we have 1600 Naira to 1 Dollar in 2024 now.
But what can we do when the govt has borrowed billion of doollars from these world bodies and are bound to do their bidding.
We need a drastic change. Tinubu is worsening the situation and seems clueless with his team. All indicators and not helping the masses.

IMF did not come and force these policies down our throats…..

They were conditions for the loans we obtained from IMF, Nigeria would have rejected their loans and loans conditions.

Even till today Nigeria is still borrowing with compounding conditions that the FG is not telling us, tomorrow they will start blaming the lenders that their conditions are too hash.

1. Dana don’t fly to Doha.
2. MM2 is for local flights only.
3. Your name must be confirmed on the manifesto before they even start attending to your luggage, including excess luggage.
4. You don’t have to be in possession of a flight ticket to check-in, all they need is your ID for local flights and your international passport for international flights.

So many strange occurrences happening of late including the story of billionaires building underground bunkers in the US in preparation for God knows what.

Floaters incorporation.

The reduction in trade at the official market isn't very much yet.

With this new policy on remittances, expect diasporans to deal directly with large and desperate importers whom the official market has frustrated and unable to serve.

They'll be getting the remittances wired directly to their suppliers or their designated account, while the Nigerian importers/students transfer the Naira equivalent.

Abi Okoso CBN go still ask me why Ahmed Emeka Adewale dey transfer naira to my Nigerian account?

Olodos.

Ignoring the elephant in the room while having a go at the rats and roaches.

First thing first...

Cardoso or Okoso, what is the current total value of the Naira in the Nigerian banking system and economic space, and to whom and what entities can these figures be traced to?

This is happening already and not even for importers but for most people in diaspora who send money back to Nigeria.

It now happens by barter on a daily basis, where is Mr. A in diaspora want to send $100 back home, they readily would find someone who has Naira in Nigeria but needs that $100 abroad for whatever reason. They just look up the Naira to Dollar rate on the black market and viola! the trade is consummated.

In Nigeria the only evidence of this happening is a Naira to Naira transfer from one account to another.
