This is not a conspiracy. If judges and juries are always right, the system will not create room for appeal.

There is a reason the Justice Department didn't pursue the charge. There is a reason FECA, the electoral regulatory body looked at it and dropped it. There is a reason why a change of venue was not allowed. I can go on and on but its best to wait for the appeal process to be exhausted and a final judgment delivered.

If the actual father does not step up, States in the US would not just delegitimize a child like that just because of some piece of scientific test called DNA.
