TheSuperNerd:
Then that's 'only you' Sir.
To the rest of us, Success is still "The Beast" and will certainly keep coming into his own. He's a lethal attacking talent in d mold of both Samuel Eto'o fils and Batistuta.
But pls be 'brutally' honest Sir, there's no way Success' game, technique and skillset comes close to Nacho. Nacho is the 'Monster' among all the top talents of d class of 2013 u-17 and 2015 u-20. Na wa o!

Even Yahaya and Success cant be compared. The latter is a Striker while d former is an attacking midfielder(but Yahaya possesses hybrid qualities btwn a deeplying striker and an amf dat give him amazing skillsets).

But Iheanacho is, in oda words, d combination of the Yahaya hybrid qualities and d Success attacking qualities. He's more effective than the 'amazing' Yahaya in d amf role and even much more effective than Success in d striker's role because he got world class finishing and oda skillsets. Success will score 7/10 of goal chances but Nacho will convert 9.9/10 of them. The oda 0.1 is in case of an offside. So how can success' game be more than Nacho?

You are 100% right abt one thing though... SUCCESS IS A SUPER CLASS ABOVE AWONIYI. Awoniyi got d work rate but Success is hardworking too(but not more than Awo). Success got positional intelligence, top spatial awareness, excellent runs, world class finishing and others. Awo is dwarfed by Success in these areas but both are great prospects 4 Nigerian soccer, no doubt abt it.

P.s: I know Safari sweetie might roast me alive 4 this. I just hope she understands...
Now thats what is called hype.. cheesy It gets me cracking
Anyway... For me, It isn't about who is better.. Success will come great.. one thing people dont know about success is that he is pretty ambitious ... But nacho (if he reach his full potentials) will be among the elite... But that is '' IF'' he reaches his full potential.. Every thing seems to be falling in place though... Let wait and see

Success to me is one of d most underated Nigerian players in Europe. While Iheanacho and Awoniyi are being hyped especially on this thread. No one says a thing abt Success. This lad's game level is higher than that of Iheanacho, Awoniyi and Yahaya.
Success is very good... I dont think anyone has defended him better than I have on this forum ... His being relatively away from the limelight is good for his development... That said... It may have been just a cameo for Nacho today but the ball has been set rolling....

FULL-TIME: MANCHESTER CITY 2-0 WATFORD
90' + 2'Iheanacho gets his first touch of the ball on his Premier League debut with the home fans cheering in the background. Watford have been off the pace for a while now but they will learn from today and can build on a solid first half showing.

90' The officials have announced that a minimum of two added minutes are being added on to this first half, as Man City continue to keep possession and run down the clock.

89'Substitution-Raheem Sterling Kelechi IheanachoSterling comes off pleased with his competitive ManCity goal as young striker Kelechi Iheanacho runs onto the pitch in his place. The Citizens have big hopes for the academy graduate and it will be interesting to see if he can make an impact.

And yet he cannot break into City's starting 11 and no Super Eagles call up where as Kingsley Sokari and Simon Moses made the list.
Too much hype on that kid.
Clap for yourself... Thus sokari is better than Ighalo, mikel and uche abi?

If nacho is loan to let say stoke or sunderland will he have regular first team football this season? NO. Most UNLIKELY.
Making the first team there ganna be difficult for obvious reasons
1. As a new signee untested in the league nacho won't be thrown into the fray on arrival... He would need time to blend and of course would have to prove he is better than the strikers thay have. This would be difficult at least this season not because nacho isnt very talented but because those older guys with more stamina, strength and experience will always have a way to keep him on the bench

2. Limited matches for smaller premiership sides.. Unlike city and the other big guns who will be playing in four or more competitions this season, smaller league sides have fewer competitions and for many at the end, it is all about surviving the league... With little margin for error, they wouldn't just for the fun of it play nacho except they run out of options and it becomes expedient to do so (Peharps injuries e.t.c)

3. Smaller league sides mosts times will have to grind out wins over their opponents... Thus they seldom will have the luxury of winning by high goals margins let say 4,5,or 6 goals to nil against opponents... With so much at stake, nacho- if he gets game time-would appear at the dying minutes of games to kill time as a strategy not for any real opportunity to impress

4. Smaller league sides hardly do boss possession thus for nacho's personal development-honing his passing skills and eye for goal-such sides would offer little.

With the forgoings, mancity is the best bet for nacho... With so many games to play this season, if nacho keeps on impressing in training and he keeps on making the match day squad he would certainly get game time this season much more than he would get in any other premiership side.

Additionally since mancity has groomed him right from their academy, continuity will best be served by mancity.
Mancity will play nacho not because they dont have other options but because the are grooming him for the future and see him as key to their near future goals... Thus mancity even with aguero on the match day squad could chose to start nacho in preliminary cup games... Also imagine aguero scoring a hattrick before the 60th minute against smaller teams at home... Dont you think he would deserve a standing ovation?.. Nacho could come in at times like this..
Not to also mention learning from the big guyz

Finally, my verdict is simple... As long as nacho would continously be named on the match day squad he should by all means remain in city for his good.
If at all a lone move is mused it shouldn't be to lower premiership sides or the championship.. Germany with Wolfsburg et al is the best bet for his development..
These are my humble submissions

ICON4... Hmmm

I dont wanna write an epistle... . Manu pressed the self-destruct button...
It is true no coach would deliberately wanna fail but when your thinking is beclouded by pride and hard headedness (whatever that may mean), failure becomes inevitable.

There are things people dont know that occured in NZ.. Anyway that is bygone nw.

But for the records... NIGERIA HAD A WINNING SQUAD..

Even after the U20 Coaches partially snubbed the guy, he is still enjoying the fame for his outstanding performance with the City's EDS...... How I wish you could translate this performance to the Dream Team, KC.

Iheanacho Wins Man City’s EDS Goal Of The Season.

Kelechi Iheanacho’s first goal in Manchester City’s 3 – 1 win over Manchester United has been voted the best goal scored by an academy player last season by the official website of Manchester City.
Manchester City have posted on their official website the top ten eye – catching goals scored by the Elite Development Squad during the 2014 – 2015 season.
And in number one position is Nigeria youth international Iheanacho, who netted in the 55th minute in the game staged at the Academy Stadium on May 23.
The 18 – year – old expertly turned his man in the center before slotting into the bottom corner. It was a goal of technique, skill and composure, mcfc.co.uk said.
Iheanacho failed to take that form to the Under 20 World Cup, having fired blanks in the two matches he featured in during the tournament in New Zealand.

Nice siasia didnt invite success Isaac... But I am surprised why he invited Simon moses... There is no point inviting him when you can't use him... I dont think it also makes sense inviting Nacho and yahaya.

Both the AAG and Olympic are not in the FIFA calendar thus Clubs are not obligated to release their players for these competitions.. If nacho is promoted to the first team of Mancity next season, then its a no no.
Same for yahaya... Getting them releassd ganna be a huge fight and for simon moses- No hope EXCEPT.....
Hmm

No! i don't, you need it instead, you're the one going through heartbreak, but for me, i have been expecting defeat right from when the defeated the Hungarians
.... You're getting it wrong... Germany wasn't the problem... The problem is that after three matches the eagles have refuse to leave gear one....
I love it when a team fight gallantly for a comeback when they trail the game... If the eagles had lost today after a top-notch performance that would just be ok... Not this pitiful display.

You need help to realize this and stop screaming Germany... . They can lose too

You indeed know what a typical german team is. This very german team got the tactical nous to overcome any unwary team. This game isn't ganna be a roller-coaster for the eagles... EXCEPT of course the germans capitulate which seldom happen. I bank on the eagles to win not because beating the germans is such a cinch or because the eagles' performance thus far has been out of this world but because I expect the eagles to 'peak' in this game after three matches. Verily they've been under-performing in comparison with their true potentials.

Thus, with complacency removed after the humbling defeat to Brazil, I expect the eagles to bring on their A game
.
Let relax as events unfold cool
Sad to say that just didn't happen... They were so conservative

Since yahaya's rabona skill.. . The eagles have been dry entertainment wise.... Now I really miss Ifeanyi Mathew, He is way more talented than Sokari- at last I have seen Sokari play. Sokari is a good player and strive on short passes- But ifeanyi is just a joy to watch on football.. . His ball juggling, outrageous dummies, slide rule passing, Marseille roulette and step overs. .. It was unfortunate he went cold in the game against brazil.... But I just wanna revel in his tricks..

Nacho got some touch too and of course yahaya gave that beautiful rabona skill

I wanna see some little showboating in the game against Germany especially if the eagles are two or more goals up
I need entertainment grin grin

I'm sorry...alot of these players will rot in Nigeria. What would have helped them was for them to play good football that we KNOW they can play and be snapped up by foreign teams that would nurture them. We didnt do that. Infact, we played to their weaknesses.

Quote me if top teams snap up up to three of the lads playing in Nigeria after now.

We just wasted a generation of extremely talented stars.
If the eagles had played beautiful football and still went home today, It would have made more sense...... Now I ganna quote some of my past comments on this thread

He did not try any tactically right approach. It was clear from the get go. The Germans will know the weak points of the formation because they have softwares that analyse and pick out weak points in teams.

So an early change of style and approach was important to disorganise the German plan. Manu knows this but did not make the changes. I disagree on him not being tactical. Only a tactician will know the moves to stop a Super team from doing well. This is the first match I am seeing him use only one substitute. That alone tells the story.
I have always believed in the boys but have always had my reservations with manu's approach... But I have been careful not to be too critical..
