If you are still facing issues updating your profile and you're 100% sure your documents size is below 200kb and your passport size is below 50kb then the last problem will arise from the quality of your passport photograph.
Do like this; crop and brighten your picture so that your face becomes bold and clear. Keep adjusting the picture, apply different effects until you can finally submit.

dont give up. i remember that i reduced the size of my documents. though before the reduction it wasnt up to the 200kb they claimed is d maximum but some were very close to it. like 175kb, 160kb so i made sure to bring them down to below 100kb. after this i tried n it went through. check urs too n see what u can do

I do monitor it..but each time they send the link 5/6 hrs later, so the token gets expired...how long did it take u to receive the link sent to ur email..

you need d email you used during d first registration. after that you will validate your bvn n then you will update your details. during update you will be rwquired to upload your highest educational certificate, id, birth certificate, LGA identification, passport and nysc. after which you will submit. you can take your test on your dashboard as well

I used the email,but they send links 6 hrs later from the time I submit my email to them, then if I try using the link, they will say the token is invalid or expired ....have been doing this since day before yesterday..pls how can I go about this..
