Just like a male customer came to my office and said he can't train in my class cos of my looks and I was like what? That I'm too attractive for comfort and not just him several men like that.
He left, he didn't enrol in my school. I was livid with anger, but such things wil not make me stay back a home ,hide myself and be jobless.

Suing her doesn't prove a thing. All it proves is that he has the resources to squash this allegation radically whether true or not. And in the same way she can't prove he raped her; same way he can't prove he didn't.

This is why presumption of innocence is a thing. Sexually assaulted/abused victims should be encouraged to prosecute those they accuse, not simply make statements in a media interview. We don't even treat murder this nonchalantly. If you have no proof, you have no case. That's the letter of the law.

She's skirting the law to go after him in the court of public opinion. I can't for the life of me understand why a sensible individual would prefer not to send someone who raped him/her to jail; instead opting to trivialize such heart-rending experience into a he-said-she-said back-and-forth. As much as I empathize with her; if we begin to do this for all crimes; it'd become the Wild West.

Personally, I don't believe either party.

Fatou Toufah Jallow, a former Gambian beauty queen has disclosed that she was raped by ex-President Yahya Jammeh in 2015. The former beauty queen who revealed that she was raped by ex-President Yahya Jammeh in 2015, gave her testimony in a Human Rights Watch and Trial International report that details another alleged rape and sexual assault by Mr Jammeh. According to Fatou Toufah Jallow, the incident occurred after she was invited to the Presidential villa after winning the pageantry. She further revealed that she was sodomized Mr. Jammeh who now lives in exile in Equatorial Guinea, after she turned down his marriage move. 23-year-old Ms Jallow told the BBC she wanted to meet Mr Jammeh, 54, in court so he could face justice. She said;

"I decided to speak now because it is time to tell the story and to make sure that Yayha Jammeh hears what he has done. I've really tried to hide the story and erase it and make sure it's not part of me. Realistically I couldn't so I decided to speak now because it is time to tell the story and to make sure that Yayha Jammeh hears what he has done."

While Mr. Jammeh is yet to respond to the allegation, however a spokesman for his APRC party denied the accusations.

"We as a party and The Gambian people are tired of the steady stream of unfounded allegations that have been reported against our ex-president," said Ousman Rambo Jatta, in a written statement to the BBC.

An intelligent person always stays neutral to all accusations until credible evidence is established. Even if he did it, we need legal redress rather than conclusive assumptions.... how can you go and start calling a man a rapist when you can't 100 percent ascertain he is guilty? You are not intelligent, otherwise you would ask questions and not just conclude like that. I stand against rape but a friend of mine cried and suffered for months due to false rape allegation.
