Why Cross Rivers or Akwa Ibom?

Could have been Lagos but it's too over crowded and too near for everyone..... would loose it's value too quickly.....you need a far off destination with conmesurate tourism appeal and those 2 perfectly fits the bill.....the entire north is ruled out, south east is to volatile and the culture doesn't suit such,while the SW is doesn't have any plausible destination with beautiful beaches and ambient eco tourism potential like those 2.

Calabar carnival is already known and already a magnifying pointer to such potentials .....the culture,the people,the location are all a perfect fit for such laid back leisure destination place of choice.

Not true,there had been mobile networks in Nigeria in the 90s.....Nokia and Motorola were the predominant phones that was also the era of fax machines and the 419 era......as early as 93,we already had it.
