All in exchange for lower productivity. This clown is trying to borrow and print his way out of economic regression.

When i travel a little on the highway and encounter a flyover that takes me up then down, booooomm! I am productive as soon as i pay the toll required from printed money. Clown.
Ways and means have been drastically reduced in fact the lowest post obj....there is absolutely no way you can keep this economy and any economy running without borrowing.....just take a look at our debt servicing to revenue ratio.....we have always been spending more than we earn.

When the American economy faced it's recession in the 1920's....govt needed to spend it's way out of it by putting money in critical sectors to help generate boost for the economy and construction was one of such.....it became a huge construction site as many would get gainfully employed and material manufacturers will be able to keep their factories running, things like this cascades down far beyond the immediate activity.

This is just one segment, there are lots more complimentary sectors that would work to gear up the economy.

Bleep country.
Democracy all over the world is about interest and the prevailing interest would always have the day as long as they have the majority.

Donald trump who is the most powerful president in the world has various entrenched interests behind him who he would have needed to make bargains with for their support.

That's the way democracies are all over the world.....you cannot accept terms with some interest just because you want their support then turn around after you get what you want.....those interests would do everything they can to get at you.....Wike so far on record hasn't done anything illegal in his fight with fubara. However,it's fubara who has repeatedly tranversed the region of illegalities.

He is only shedding crocodile tears to deceive gaullible and sentimental people who hate Wike......if you wouldn't abide by the terms you were given when Wike was picking you to be gov,you would have honourably turned down his offer.

As always, APC present government Shamelessly blaming past APC government for the current woes of the country. What a political party.

There's nothing this idîotic uselèss satanic party has to offer. All the know is to cause hardship and steal with compulsion. You must have been foolish if you ever believed or think that APC have anything to offer. Worse of it all, the drunk of Iragbiji is now the self acclaimed president.
How much as your Abia gov done for industrialisation to ensure Abia becomes a net exporter of finished goods.....these might seem unfathomable for you but do you know it's now cheaper for a show seller in Cotonou or Cameron to come buy shoes from abia than importing from abroad because of naira devaluation.....by now we would have thought your ellupee gov would have been investing heavily in that sector but have we got..... indolent finger pointing by a supposed saviour.

Whose job then is it to declare their seats vacant, the illegal speaker and his 2 cohorts, the gov,INec or you .....who is supposed to declare their seats vacant.

Ifeanyin ubah of blessed memory moved from YPP to APC,his seat was never declared vacant.... Tambuwal a sitting speaker at the time moved from PDP to APC,he kept his seat and even his speakership.....it's funny how you people have over flogged this decampment matter while ignoring the real crux of the matter ....it's clutching to straws at best.

An affidavit at best is just what it is,you need to prove it's authenticity and they can always claim it was forged and isn't theirs if presented in court.....you claim I swore affidavit and I deny it ,do you have witnesses to come out and with proof say otherwise.law deals on facts and not emotions.

He shouldn’t have burned down and later on demolished the State House of Assembly complex. He should have run to Niger Delta elders and Tinubu and they would have resolved it quickly. After all, they all know how e dey go.

Fubara was afraid of impeachment, that’s why he brought down the building. He knows Wike can be br,utal due to the way Fubara quickly change am for Wike.

God knows the kind of agreement they signed which Fubara doesn’t want to honor which is making Wike to be angry.
It's just pure lack of political dexterity and maturity on his part.,a cat who thinks itself a lion......in a war,u need alliances to fight a foe as formidable and well grounded like wike, you need to bade your time and try to win the majority of the house first to your side, you can go by this quietly and i no time you win them over, also the power that be in aso rock is so important in this game,he should have just made tinubu his protector to reign wike in and keep him at bay buy what did he do,he made enemies of all of them even the judiciary and police.....tinubu is ready to make a Scapegoat of him to serve as a deterrent to any gov that might want to undermine his office....he practically disgraced tinubu who was only trying to help him and buy him time by asking that the impeachment notice be removed.....was he expecting tinubu to throw Wike under the bus just like that.

Typical Nigerian does not respect agreements and are always ready to take advantage of others if the get the chance no matter the consequences to the violated party.....fubara mirrors the dishonesty, unreliable nature of typical Nigerians that's why you see some no gooders following him when in fact he should be castigated for being an ingrate and a turn coat after all what his benefactor did for him.....it's sad but that's the reality of our social fabric as a people.

They should stop the allocation na, you think Rivers State is Lagos.

Please Tinubu should stop the allocation, maybe the very little support he has in the Niger Delta is not enough for him or the peace the oil workers are enjoying isn't relevant to him.
Nobody outside of fubara's friends and emergency sympathisers from the rising sun gives a rats arse about what will happen to him....he will be impeached and a new gov would be sworn in and nothing would happen....rivers state and Nigeria will still remain.

They don't understand the precedent they're setting, you drill oil from Rivers state then tell the same state that you won't send them their allocation then you're automatically telling them that they're on their own, in that case you should stop drilling the oil because the owners of the land will take it by force.
It's not too late to tell fubara to retrace his steps....he has already lost the war.....he should come of his high horse and stop his people from suffering.

So Abuja did not experience terrorism in the past. Interestingly yall will wonder why there is flooding ...if you can excuse proper planning and drainage, it shows why we are where we are. You dont create drainage due to population density. Drainage helps to elongate the lifetime of projects like road. Drainage helps to divert and prevent erosion. It also helps with development, because drainage would not be necessary and people would not build across drainage plains (except stupid Naija people).

Go and learn from Dubai and other well developed countries. In 5 yrs, we will be back to doing the needful or return to do repairs. What is what doing is worth doing well.
I really hope the attached pics answers your gibberish about drainages on rural outback roads with such terrain...... terrorism happened in Abuja in one off incidences and not territorial take overs like blowing roads and carving out territories.

I really marvel at you guys ability to conjure all manner of irreverent empty rhetoric to condemn your country at every turn which leaves you in a constant state of dystopia.....get a life dude!!

The detectives should have arrested the hotel staff at that point. They've tampered with a possible crime scene so terribly to the point of moving the corpse, I'm sure they also cleaned the room and disposed of every foreign object in it. Nigerian law and enforcement have a long way to go in forensics.
Npf and double standards....the story of the security guard that was mauled down by dogs in lekki,I pointed it out that the police refused to release the name of the victim and the owner of the dogs in their preliminary statements but in this case you can see the names and even the hotel where it happened and this info alone can go along way in getting leads for the police in their investigation....but the one without adequate info can be easily swept under the carpet without anything coming out of it.

She stated that the deceased’s brother, Jimoh Godday, residing in Imota Town in Lagos State, informed the police team that his brother had arrived in Nigeria from the U.S. on Saturday.

"He mentioned that he had called him (Abidoye) on Monday, and after not getting a response, he visited the hotel

“He also said, after knocking the door severally, he requested a spare key from the hotel manager to enter the room, where they discovered his brother’s lifeless body.

From this story, i don't think there's any foul play, but autopsy should be conducted

He probably died from drugs overdose
Never rule out any possibility in matters like this.

Politics is not done with analyses. You forgot the south don't have much vote. What of if they produce president and a SE or SS as vice? Already you know SW vote are always divided
Same analyses you are giving.....the north is equally more divided than it ever was,if for anything the last elections would show you that....an obi would loose more votes in his eastern home base if he chooses to deputise a northerner and he can't garner widespread votes in the north because that would inbthe views of the north possibly keep power in the south for 12 yrs.....so its a cul de sac for him......atiku on the other hand doesn't have what it takes anymore and kwankwanso isn't anymore popular in the south, bala mohammed is a paper weight and tambuwal doesn't even have his state or govs in his region.....the kind of resources that were available to buhari from lagos, rivers and kano combined isnt available for anyone who wants to fight the incumbent......if those 3 don't work it synergy 2027 is done and dusted.

Shame on the Inspector General of Police, Mr. Egbetokun, for refusing to carry out his constitutionally assigned duties of providing security during the local government election, following a procured and fraudulent black-market court order.

This is a face saving move by the judiary because of the public outcry for cash-and-carry judgement dished out in favour of Wike.
The Tinubu administration has pocketed the judiciary through Nyesom Wike, by building houses, increasing salaries of judges by over 300%, luxury cars, cash inducement, public appearances and associations
in political gathering, among other devilish means.

In other issues concerning Rivers State government, the court have admitted the video evidence of the defection of the faction of Nyesom Wike's members of the Assembly.
It appears, like I said that the judiciary is waking up. The tide is gradually turning against Wike....why?
Could it be that Tinubu is becoming tired of his excesses? He was reported to have been bared from coming to the Villa to see the president.
Could it be that members of APC closer to the seat of power are trying to strip him naked of his powers, especially in Rivers State?
Could it be his excesses in Abuja trying to intimidate the less privileged?
Could it be his always ranting and unstoppable rhetoric that is the curse if his problems?
Only time will tell, because nothing last for ever, except The Creator, the one who exist before existance began to exist.
Giving fubara something to chew on and be happy about in the mean time so he doesn't start crying when he looses come January....... the swords of Damocles is already swinging above his head.

In fact, only Lagos State does that which I asked for. But then, I thought the governor would mention it considering how important it is, but he didn't, promoting me to write about it.

Only Lagos State tells people what percentage of the budget that was achieved. Lagos State has professional administrators but that doesn't in any way suggest that money isn't being looted.
Can you pls share links on the past budgets.
