@poster, just b a little more patient. There's so much hype about sex, bt d truth is d moment u lose ur virginity d only thing u'l feel is guilt and shame. U r xtian, and u shud not let ur desires rule ur actions. I quite understand dat u r old enof, bt d point is dat if u hav waited dis far, u can wait a litu mor. God isnt mocked. Wat a man sows in sexual immorality, he wil reap. Ask 4 grace 2 stay strong..

Oh no what kind of episode is this angry i mean Vampire diaries 3.15

i just hate this. i guess whats coming next is gona be serious.

damon turns bonnie's mum into a vampire to stop claus and the originals from being dead. doesnt make sense?

but i await the day elena will turn into a vampire, then its gona be intteresting.
LOL, elena is never gonna be a vampire. I think at the end, she might end up with Matt. Its gonna be like Klaus said, None of the salavatore brothers is good for her. she needs to live a normal life.
but i guess we also have to look out for stefan. i noticed he's being staying off his diet,

me too,
but seriously, who would have taught that Klaus would be crushing on Caroline? i mean, klaus had been acting inhumane for a while now, and all of a sudden he wants to be with caroline,

and where on earth is Tyler?
TV/MoviesRe: Vampire Diaries Vs True Blood by litusista(f): 11:32am On Feb 24, 2012
seriously, true blood is more on the 'raw' side. but anyway, that's what makes it a good Vampire movie.
But i love Vampire diaries. I love Elena's maturity, and also Caroline. Though the series is getting more predictable by the day.

i've only seen true blood season 1 and a few episodes in season 3. i think i still prefer VD. Its cool. and i am totally crushing on Damon Salavatore,

Guys, is there a thread on NL where we can discuss Vampire diaries?/

RomanceI'm In Love With A Geek: But He Cant Seem To Understand by litusista(op): 11:31am On Feb 22, 2012
I have this friend that i really like very much. he's a geek. He loves programming, reading and he's actually very intelligent. we've been very close friends for like 4 years now. there is practically nothing i dont know about him, and he also knows a lot about me.
i discovered i was in love with him 2 years ago. i tried ignoring it but the feelings only grew stronger. i avoided him for a while, but it was hard, cos i still did not get over him. i took a bold step, and told him how i felt about him about a year ago. he said he's not sure he felt the same way, and that he wasnt ready for commitments. i felt hurt and immediately moved on. somehow we became close friends again, and each time i told him i tried withdrawing, he would start begging me, telling me i was his best friend and dat he could not afford to loose me. We've been through a lot together. We play and have fun and talk like everyday. Most of our friends even think we are dating. Several guys have asked me out, but i cant seem to get him out of my mind. About 2 months ago, i summoned courage again and i told him i loved him. (But i told him to keep it off record, that i just wanted him to know). I know he likes me but i dont understand him. he said he doesnt know what it means to have feelings cos he doesnt really understand the idea. he spends like 12 hours a day on his computer writing codes, and doing computer stuff. i'm also an ICT person so i understand his commitments.
But Could it be that he's just too engrossed with his books, and career, or he really cannot feel?

ife was fun. hmmmm.mth 201. I remember telling friends how I was going to scatter differential equation in the exam. when I saw layeni's question, the equation was long from the left to the right margin of the question paper, I became weak immediately.2 of my classmates saw their result(both scored E) and jubilated by hugging each other like they won a million dollar lottery.lol

Despite all the stress, i think OAU has thought me that i can face any challenge and still come out strong.
But Seriously, LAyEni chopped my G.P seriously, May God 4give dat man
EducationRe: Celebrating Great Ife @ 50 by litusista(f): 10:50am On Feb 09, 2012
Great IFE!! i am so glad to be a part of the graduating set to mark dis year's Golden jubilee. Seriously, OAU is simply great, and full of experiences, Rushing to Ajose every morning at 5a.m for CHM101 was one. i will NEVER forget my worst course on OAU campus, MTH201. especially for those of us who went through the Faculty of Tech, it was really stressful but worth it.

Of course, how can i forget Mozambique hall, and the long nights in white house (Chemistry OVEN) or even the long treks from Spider house to ODLT? But looking several years after, i can say i'm a better person.

And my fellowship, EVANGELICAL CHRISTIAN UNION, which helped me realise the very essence of life.
Happy 50th birthday to The Great OAU, Pls join me and sing:

Great Ife, Great Ife,
Africa's most beautiful campus
Courteous, Vigilant, Progressive
Aluta against all oppressions,
Forward ever, Backward never,
For Learning and culture Sports and Struggle,
Great IFE, I love you, There's only one great Ife in the Universe,
Another Great Ife is a counterfeit.
GREAT, GREAT, GREAT, GREAT, GREEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEAT!

Christianity EtcRe: Nairalanders Incurring God's Wrath By Abusing God's Men by litusista(f): 10:45am On Jan 26, 2012
Seriously Seun, i've been wanting to get in touch with you for a while. When i first came to Nairaland, i loved it here because it helped me get nformation, and also link up with a lot of professionals in my field. But Nairaland these days has become a dumping ground. its not all news or information that should make it to the front page. Most oublic viewers only check the front page and it really gives an impression of What the site is all about.

Besides, So many people on NL have made themselves judges and gods over people, just because this is a virtual forum. if you meet some in real life you just find out they are not really people that should be in any position to criticize anyone, and not to talk of a pastor.

Talk to your Moderators, You guys should filter what makes it to the front page. and if you discover that some people are just fond of writing bad comments and words, you can remove them or block them,

So many people know you more that you do, Seun. You should do something about it. it is YOUR website, not theirs!

EducationRe: Oau Second Yr Comp Engr Vs Yabatech Hnd1 Comp Engr: Plz Help by litusista(f): 10:21am On Jan 25, 2012
@ poster,
i am an OAU final year student of Computer Engineering. Most of the D.E students end up struggling when they enter because of their workload. Most of them, who are not to good end up doing courses like MTH201 or MTH202 over and over again. the 2nd year in the Faculty of Tech in OAU is the most stressful, and that's when you'll enter. So my advice is this; Coming to OAU will only be worth it if you know you'll be ale to cope with the OAU stress and work Very hard. it will be useless coming to OAU and having graduating with a low CGPA or extra years.

OAU will definitely provide you with a lot of opportunities, competition, ideas, and other stuff. But you will be glad you came eventually. Age is not a factor cos you are not yet 25. So weigh our options. Money is not an issue. OAU is the cheapest University in Nigeria at the moment.

I'd be really glad to help, if you really need some more clarifications. my email is blackiemaj@yahoo.com. Dont waster your admission. Its a priviledge not many people have!

i spent months trying to understand photoshop, but i am still 80% a novice. . i have been using fireworks for 2 good years now and i only learnt how to use it in a week. nobody taught me how to use fireworks. i have done a lot with it and its seriously, fireworks is cool.

I particularly advise anyone involved in designing web-based graphics to use fireworks. its cool, lighter and very easy to understand.

Nawa o! Nairalanders and their beefs for each other. How many people here on nairaland have been to Ekiti state?

it is only a biased fool that will go about judging a book by its cover. yes, we are not among the best, but we are not backward either. At least the ekiti state i knew a few years back is not the same as now,

People just open their mouths and talk without having enough reasons to prove their point, It is only a man that has gone round all the state in Nigeria that can totally say a particular one is backward.
