I hope that scan result is after the issue started. Fix that TPS issue, car should come out of limp mode.

I've been reading up online and it seems to be pointing to the TPS and Air Filter. My mechanic showed me the air filter and it is terribly dirty.


Though today I turned it on this morning to warm up the engine and it went past 2000 rpm. Hopefully my mechanic is able to sort it out on Saturday.

Good Evening everyone. Please my Honda Civic wasn't starting, the mechanic fixed a new fuel pump and filter, serviced the injector and it was working fine. But I noticed after a while and when I put the AC on, it drags. I also can't accelerate past 2000 RPM. Please what could be the problem?

I've attached a photo of the diagnostic report I did two weeks ago.

Fix the throttle position sensor issue and you should be fine. Tell your mecho to check it on the throttle body aka injector mouth

car a/c issues are often not very easy to fix remotely. This is because apart from the symptoms, there are no values to work with.

With the right amount of refrigerant the a/c system should work fine, but a change in any of the following will cause symptoms you just mentioned.

* malfunctioning cooling fans

* excessive or over fill of refrigerant

* blocked condenser (externally and internally)

* defective compressor

* poorly welded piping

* defective expansion valve

* defective dryer receiver.

What is very common in this part of the world is a defective compressor.

Good Morning @Gazzuzz please while driving this morning, my honda civic 2002 just went off. After several efforts to start it, it finally did. What could be the problem?

only a scan can reveal.

The connections from the engine harness to the engine ecu are pretty direct and removing the dashboard will not contribute to a P code. However there might be B codes if the job was not done well.

It's best you should be the patient reasons:

1. As per every new device, the price is not yet stable on AliExpress because it is still on presale/ preorder even the sellers don't have the Device in their hands now to fulfill.

2. There is no Global Version or ROM for that device yet except you have no issues with the Chinese ROM.



All in all am saying you should wait for a while before buying.
