If you are looking to apply through other schengen, may you find out more about Netherlands, I heard they are open for tourism but through French Embassy. I don't really know true it is, and I would like to know.

Spanish embassy should please return my passport. i don't understand this at all. My visa status is still saying on process and is 2 months today. My traveling date is on the 2nd of November.

Good morning everyone,
please I would like to ask, someone just told me that Netherlands is now open for tourism but only to fully vaccinated applicants. How true is this?

Secondly I heard that the application is being treated by French Embassy and the submission centre is VFS.

Thirdly, if the above 2 is true, I would like to know if French embassy is still doing the frequent travellers package for the Netherlands tourist visa. Or can a first timer apply for this one?

I don't know about appealing for Tourist visa refusal.
When i applied for permanent resident visa to Spain in 2014 , I was denied and I appealed which i won the case in 2015. France - Guy the recent bombings and terrorist attacks in France don make them dey vex for immigrants. The funny thing about this attacks is it has nothing to do with black african immigrants... but at the mention of immigrants the first thing they show is black africans on a boat in the middle of the ocean. That brings me to racism.... France is the least racist country in the world ! Just a look at their football team says it all. Now papers...it depends on the type of visa you applied for...if its normal schengen tourist visa...e go hard oo...unless you wan do arrangy marriage... and these days its kinda difficult (oyibo don soji ! Their police don soji...dem go ask una to bring impossible proof of 2yrs back of dating...how you wan proof say una don dey date 2yrs back?) So all in all it depends how you got in in the first place(motive for coming) as per papers I think Italy is easier. Or you could just tear up your passport wen you enter and seek asylum. Same for Germany. Bottom line.... Easiest shot at papers is through asylum (refugee)...entering any EU country with tourist visa and then trying to convert it to residence permit is almost impossible if not impossible. Mind you even in Italy its impossible to convert tourist visa to residence permit you must go through asylum. Now once you succeed in italy you're tied to italy. With italian permit you can travel to all schengen countries but can't work...and in italy THERE ARE NO JOBS !
Now trying to convert italian permit to another country's permit is very difficult but very possible with a lot of money.

They should pay through the amount of visa applications they issue,… except those who applied with false documents.

They should be paid from the money they generated from issued visas, that way they don't have any option than to grant people visa.
Is either they grant visa or deny and return the visa fee simple.

I think most of these countries just open their embassies here to extort money from us in the name of visa.
Our Government needs to look into this. Is not fair.

All embassies should refund visa fee after a visa denial because it is called “visa fee” (it is the fee you pay to get a visa) but since you’re refused, you should be refunded.

For example few years back, you only submit your documents at the Turkish embassy, then upon approval you will be requested to come with your visa fee and pick your passport. But now they have changed too.

All these embassies are just here for our visa fee knowing fully well they won’t give you nada. Because they know we Africans are desperate.

Imagine issuing 5 visas out of 100 applicants

Chaii Africans don suffer oo anyways it’s not their fault let’s blame our leaders that make the country unlivable for us.
