Lol. Sorry mama. It's your baby not the pregnancy care vitamins. Ravenous appetite is typical in pregnancy. We're plenty on this table. Pele olabrinks: 1 Like |

THIS IS AN EMERGENCY, SIR!!! God will provide for you. Please take her to the teaching hospital immediately. That BP has to be brought down. It's dangerous as it is. Her urine should be checked for protein as well. Lastly, she needs to be under observation till delivery. Please involve your and her family members for financial aid, moral support and prayers. I pray God perfects everything concerning her. Amen. joinnow: 2 Likes |

khaffi2: Not only you oh....we're many on this table. Tail bone pain makes walking a hassle for me. Like that back pelvic joint is disjointed. If I stand too long, back pain. If I walk moderate distance (like market runs, just to buy here and there), sole of my feet will be aching. If I lie down, to find comfortable spot for me and my bump is issue. To turn, issue. To get up, the tail bone pain will set in. And I'm due late November/ early December. I'm not even complaining. May God compensate us all with healthy babies at the end of this journey and grant all TTC mums their heart desires. Amen. 13 Likes |

Joyfulmama: It is normal. Happened to me around the same time. And then, fiam one week after, I started eating like a glutton. Serious hunger pangs every 30 minutes. I'll wake from sleep about 4 times to eat before daybreak. So it's normal, just go with the flow. As far as you're taking your prenatal vitamins, be rest assured that your baby is getting the necessary nutrient daily. 1 Like |

duac: Sorry dear. Promethazine didn't work for me as well... Only Doxylamine Succinate did. I bought mine from RX 3.0 Pharmacy at 146 Ligali Ayorinde Street, Victoria Island, Lagos. No natural remedies will work either for those of us with severe MS. Buy Doxylamine Succinate tablet... It's 3k for 32 tabs in a bottle. Also buy Vit B6.... N100 worth. Counting is okay. Use 1 tab of doxylamine succinate and half tab of Vit B6 together.... Once a day preferably at night. You'll see a massive difference... You'll be shocked. It's safe for you and safe for your baby. In fact, it's safer than Promethazine. It will totally suppress the nausea and vomiting and spitting (if you spit). That's what I used during first trimester when I was vomiting up to 4 to 5 times a day. Ah, I saw weeeeen. I couldn't cope at work. Was always vomiting and extremely weak. So I stopped going to work and didn't mind if they sacked me or not. Imagine. Nausea and vomiting of pregnancy aka morning sickness but better put as All - Day Sickness for some of us, shouldn't impair your economic productivity as a woman. Or rid you of the excitement of pregnancy and bonding with your Lo and dh. Let's stop suffering and managing. I'm in second trimester now, baby and I are fine and I no longer have MS. 7 Likes 2 Shares |

Anonymous29: Hmmm ... because I was vomiting and very sick and could not cope with work, I had to take Doxylamine Succinate and Vit B6 every night. It suppresses all my symptoms during the day including the hypersalivation. The only down side is it makes me sleepy. And that's why I take it at night before bed. Then at 15 weeks, my morning sickness gradually came to a halt and I no longer take the drug. Though I still vomit like once a week now. But no spitting again. Which is manageable. Doxylamine succinate and Pyridoxine (Vit B6) is the safest in pregnancy for treatment of morning sickness or hyperemesis gravidarum. It's a category A drug. However, it's not common in Nigeria and so doctors resort to prescribing Promethazine (which is Avomine). Promethazine is a category B drug. Promethazine Tab didn't work for me, so I switched to Doxylamine. I didn't try Promethazine Injection because it would not be sustainable for me as I was so sick and would need it daily. Choi, see epistle. I just hope this will be helpful to mamas still battling MS and upcoming mamas in the future. 5 Likes 7 Shares |

TiffanyJ: Oh... That's Round Ligament Pain. Please stop fetching water from the well, let your hubby do the fetching and carrying. If he isn't cooperating, get your sister or any young relative to come stay with you to help with the house chores. During pregnancy you shouldn't be carrying heavy stuffs or bending too much. Kindly completely eliminate stress. I know some witchy neighbors and in-laws will taunt you for it and tag you lazy saying when they were pregnant, they were moving Kilimanjaro. Na their cup of tea be that one. Biko, you have nothing to prove to anybody. God forbid yawa gas now, you'll bear the larger part of the brunt o. Stay off stress!!! Fetching water from well is stressful sis!!! Please!!!! Look for an alternative arrangement. Maybe pay someone to do the fetching if you can afford it or go for the cheapest option of all time, get a younger relative to stay with you for now. 10 Likes |

I drink nothing less than 6 - 7 of it per day Ah, God bless my dh oh. He tried. Driving down daily to get my supply for the day. Thank God I'm past that stage now. Hmmm it's indeed a journey. dharyor1234: Sorry mama. I have an issue with drinking water too. I hydrate with loads and loads of watermelon. You know it's 90% water. Thank God it's in season now. I also don't like the aftertaste of sugary drinks. So I take superyogo. I can take like N500 worth at once. Then a preggy friend suggested Amstel Malta to me. It's been a lifesaver. That has been my water after meals. It's not sweet sweet. Then I step down with watermelon to erase every aftertaste. I've recently added tangerine to my hydration stash. My mom suggested sipping hot water, I tried it yesterday and it worked. But I don't think it's something I can tolerate on a regular either. Let me make you laugh. When I boiled satchet water, I didn't like the taste. But when I boiled borehole water from the tap, oh I loved it. In fact it has to be bathroom tap not kitchen tap. DH kept ewwwing. So just experiment round and see what works for you. 8 Likes |

Want to see immediate result? Go on a strict protein diet for a week. Eliminate rice totally and you'll see fast changes. That's what I'm currently doing and I'm amazed. For protein, eat beans, moimoi, ekuru, chicken breast...just alternate them like that for variety. As in between meal snacks, eat fruits like carrot (it's filling). Ekuru is my new favorite. Less flatulent. No salt or oil. 1 Like |

Nonnikings Logistics is terrible. Slow delivery despite using Express delivery option. 6 days now and my goods haven't even left China. Worst of all is their zero customer support. You'll call Ifeanyi, he'll ask you to call Vivian, then that one will ask you to call Michael. You'll be talking to them, explaining the situation, they'll drop the call on you. The guts! On top a service I'm paying for! You'll still give me BP, waste my time, waste my airtime and ruin my business. This isn't the first, second or third time. I've had it up to here & I'm ditching them for any other logistic company serious with business. I'll appreciate recommendations. 1 Like |
