precast fascias are lighter than in-situ concrete fascia, while polystyrene is the lightest of the three.
The major problem with precast is the molding and fixing ( care should be taken that adequate cement, light reinforcement and adequate curing is observed).

The major effect of concrete fascia on the building is torsion which can be cater for by having a nominally reinforced head beam, light concrete fascia of about 25-40mm section.
