What we need is not further devaluation of the Naira, but drastic reduction of our dependence on the Dollar.

How do we do that?

By revamping our local manufacturing industry, we will reduce importation of goods.

By boycotting the Dollar in Nigeria-China trade since China is the biggest supplier of goods into Nigeria. It's a no-brainer. And that's what Govt is looking into.

Yes. Monetary policies too might work, but that is for short term impacts, not for the long run. CBN is vested with such responsibilities. And you should know that MPR has been stable for some time now at 12% with occasional fluctuations of 1% variation.
