pocohantas:So you and all your fellow single females too want man? I thought you dey form independent before? And you people are busy misleading the younger girls that they shouldn't search for men. You, Ishilove, Dominique, Kobojunkie and all the other single older women should be ashamed of yourselves for misleading these young Nairaland girls, change your ways and God will bless you with good men. There are many malignantquests here, he may have deactivated but just like Mosdii, he will not be forgotten. Cut down a branch and ten grows in its place. See as women plenty for here. |
Is my eyes paining me or didn't I see the entity slap him first? |
lhordspy:Look you _(_('!'$!$+&!&!:!'+$-'!&. don't quote me hear before I say things that will make you call your mods to ban me. A good majority of your posts make front page cos you are in cohorts with the mods or even an actual mod yourself. You have a problem with antiIslam posts but you go on a rampage putting up anti Jewish and anti Christian posts. You have proven your wickedness. Just leave me here and keep moving. I will not allow you people repeat your gangup on Obi the way you did GEJ, just know that. |
lhordspy:You are a wicked and divisively twisted individual. I remember you made a post mocking and denying the atrocious killing and butchering of my people in Kaduna State. Your wickedness and evil for gain and pay will come back to you in due time. If this is how your principal hopes to campaign and play his politics tell him he has failed before starting. The blood of those people you mocked and laughed at is at your door step, lady. Tell your beloved mods to bring this thread down as usual, but the good outnumbers you even in this forum. |
As at 2015 I, as well as a majority of Nairalanders were in Support of the APC instead and at the expense of the PDP's GoodLuck Ebele Jonathan. Now, because of that we were quiet about a lot of the lies and Propaganda against the former President, and their was a lot of it. But I will not sit by and watch lies, propaganda and an outright smear campaign on not just an Individual but an entire tribe. Among all the Labour Party Candidates in Lagos State someone divisively picked only the Igbo candidates and put them up then sent it to the front page so as to undermine and start a tribal fight and distrust among the country people. Both the Labour Party Lagos Chairman, the gubernatorial candidate and Deputy, and a host of others are Yoruba, from the State. The Party's national chairman both immediate past and present are Yoruba. So why the divisive, inciting post on front page? Is this how we hope to play the politics? I will not allow what happened to GEJ happen in this elections this time.

Fadafada231:Baba because as someone from the North all my eyes are seeing is just an extension of Igbos here. And I know a good majority of Nigerians don't even know the. differences. |
Pls someone educate me here, what is the difference between ikwerre and Igbo. I don't seem to see any. |
Nairaland! This forum actively promotes tribal and religious sentiments but like to claim neutral, it becomes okay if it's targeted at a particular section of the country. Seun, mynd44 I hail oh! |
mayor1814:Simple! Nice one. |
HellVictorinho6:I can guess whose fan you are. But don't be emotional, you know everything here is right, their various records and achievements speak for themselves. One is a one man army seeking self glory and the other a good definition of a perfect team mate and talent. |
HellVictorinho6:Wrong where? |
I talked about it and provided a solution here: https://www.nairaland.com/7499432/what-doing-labour-party-not Tinubu will struggle for majority votes in Lagos State. The guy doesn't know that this is a Presidential elections not State or LGA. |
chiefolododo:Am I wrong in my observations? |
Joebayo217:We're saying the same thing bro, when Messi got the Ballon do'r they said France was partial and that it was FIFA who didn't give him the Player of the Year that were honest. Now that his country won the world cup they say FIFA is partial and France should've gotten the world cup. Emotions seems to be in play here not reality. |
If the mods can push this to front page it will be very good, it will inspire a lot of people and even invoke self awareness. nlfpmod pls see this post. |
I am really not a fan of football at all, but I follow the highlights and news about football. As a Powerlifter and Amateur Boxer (I am actively into powerlifting) , my sports are really of a single competitor or opponent, that is combat and strength sports, so it is easy to know the best in a competition or the real GOAT. But this is what I notice about Football and the Ronaldo vs Messi argument: RONALDO is a show man while Messi is a playmaker. RONALDO is more hard working while Messi is naturally more talented. RONALDO is an intelligent player while Messi is a skilled player. RONALDO seeks self glory and recognition while Messi is a better team player. If Football was like Powerlifting RONALDO will do better than MESSI cos he is more aggressive and hardworking. MESSI is a better team leader and sportsman than RONALDO. On average RONALDO has by far more female fans than MESSI. RONALDO's fans are more emotional while MESSI's fans are more critical. MESSI brings out the beauty of football while RONALDO the competitiveness of it. MESSI is more humble and handles defeat better than RONALDO. Because of the differences in physique MESSI will outlive RONALDO in the game. If he wants, MESSI can still play and perform even at the age of 40, RONALDO's performance at the age of 37 speaks volume. RONALDO shines well, MESSI shines well and enable his team mates to shine too. RONALDO is a GOAT but MESSI is the real GOAT. His achievements speaks volume. I wish we give more attention to Boxing and Strength Sports in Nigeria though. These sports will literally save your live.

If you you look at all the very great men in the Bible who reached the highest points of their lives they had to leave their comfort zones to achieve those levels. From Adam, the first man, to Jesus Christ even his disciples. Peter and his brother had to leave their father to do their work, Abraham, Moses, Joseph, you name them. Even Jesus adviced us to leave our family so as to follow him, and a man should leave his father and mother and be joined with his wife. The examples are endless. All Biblical patriarchs. A man should not remain under the shadows of his father or mother or even mentor for so long. Go out into the world and conquer it, discover your potential, you are a man, man. Your father's house is not going anywhere. |
NoahHadNoArk:We are all ears.... |
Kobojunkie:I see what you're doing here. I am the antidote. |
Kobojunkie:Stand down woman. You don't want to start this with this person. |
Kobojunkie:Don't worry, go to Church for the cross over. It will be alright. |
Kobojunkie:Aggressive Minority should not force their views on the majority. |
A prey destined to be eaten by a predator can not be changed. After all the insults and denomination he was made to go through. This is the beginning of an end. |
Before you criticize them ask yourself "is it my business?" "Am I any better?". Then you can proceed honestly. |
OGwales:Jesus Christ said he will ask "I was sick, homeless, hungry, did you answer me?" This post asks the mountain of the questions "is the spirit of God truly in those buildings?" "do they even really worship the Most High God?" Or something, someone else? |
Growing up I did quite a lot of daring stuffs, this one opened my eyes to questions about the Church today. My Muslim brothers should also read through, it will interest them. Long read, Thank you. I went to Kaduna State from Abuja to buy a bike cos it was cheaper there. On my way back to Abuja on the bike it picked a fault the first time and I fixed it and continued on my way. When I got to a town on the infamous Kaduna/Abuja road that junk of iron picked fault the second time and it was already night, and raining, and cold. My people, I pushed this metal for about thirty minutes or less till I got to the nearest town, Katari. I asked myself "who sent you on this journey?". I had no money to fix the bike again and even if I do the repairers were already closed for the day. "Where will I find shelter for the night" I thought. "Oh!" I thought well as a Christian I will go to a Church. I found two Churches close by and I went to the one that is still open. I met some youths just closing after their meeting and I Presented myself and asked them if they would offer me a place to stay for the night, maybe in the Church or something. They declined but told me to meet the person in charge which I did and was turned down. You know what? Two of the most unlikely people came to my aid that night. First it was a Muslim Okada rider. That guy sympathized with me and told me there was a Mosque close by that I can go there the people would allow me stay for the night. I melted, I was ashamed, perplexed, broken. They don't know me, I am not a Muslim, but I know they were willing, in a Mosque. I turned him down and kept moving. The second person was even more puzzling. It was a drunk man. A teacher that hasn't been paid for months, you know. That man took me in and promised to fix my bike issues the next day. The next day he left early to source for the money and left me with his wife and younger brother. We took tea and bread, went to the farm, harvested some groundnuts, came back and cooked it, was fed throughout the day. And by the time the teacher was back it was night time. The next day we went to the motorcycle mechanics and got it fixed which he paid. We drove around the neighbouring towns so he can buy used alcoholic bottles to resell for profit. I then continued my peregrination. Two days under an unpaid, struggling civil servant. The house of God is a Sanctuary. Which is a place for shelter or protection, for all. Churches are today littered in every Streets and corners. Come on now! "House of God, House of God"!! Before you call your Church a House of God ask yourself "is my Church a SANCTUARY?" Cos in the Old and New Testaments that is what a building reserved in the name of God was. Where strangers, homeless and helpless alike go to find shelter, protection and food. But is yours it?! Happy New Year people. |
Righteousness2:That is your own rule, not God's. Telling her to leave her marriage cos you believe it's sin, did God tell any of the Bible patriarchs to divorce case any one of their wives? You are not God. |
Mindblog, Kobojunkie, Doggedfighter, Romanoff, Anieh, Amotolango, Juvialjune1, Pocohantas and co. will come and tell you to mind your business and shut up then celebrate the degradation. Just watch. That's why I respect Bukatyne. One of the last symbol of female decency and morality here. |
What about the Deborah Samuel's murder? This is probably the most popular single murder case and most talked about of 2022. Come on! |
Mindlog:Hahahahahahaaaaaa. Lol. Okay ma. Bye! |
Mindlog:I do know the song actually, I think everyone that has ever owned a radio knows the song. It is a classic. But why are you angry lady? I only thought to encourage and maybe rehabilitate you back to a loving society, and ease the tension I seem to notice in you. Now your outburst has confirmed my suspicion. I hope you find long lasting peace and happiness. |
Mindlog:Good. Now I want you and your fellow toxic females to listen to this song and reflect on your fathers, or who you would have wanted him to be. It will help you heal, understand and appreciate men. And maybe, just maybe you will find that old and strong force called love. Thank you. I would love for you to share the song with Poco and co. |

I had similar experience, they were just making endless excuses but thank you God for the Aboki selling cigarettes and sweets who accommodated me that night. Since then, any fool that invites me for any church event I turn them down without thinking twice.
Whoever gets unfortunate to be rehabilitated by you runs the risk of ending up a psychiatric case as you would mess up the person's mind!
Okay ma. Bye!
