The warranty is not for you to damage the fone and run back to jumia... The warranty is that if the phone if handled with care, in anyway starts misbehaving (like in your own case)... Also Jumia does refund policy especially if it's within the first 7 days you bought the phone from them....so i will advise you to do this also......feel a refund form on jumia page stating your reasons why or you contact jumia customer care with ur order number asap.
