Pastor Olu T: Jesus would appear in the sky for the saints! What part of the sky? Will everybody all over the world see him at the same time? |
The man is in Heaven now. Lots of Muslim volunteer to help Christians to Heaven yet they get very little willing Heaven bound citizens. By the way, did the pastor molest the man as a child or did he fvck the man's wife? |
AjanleKoko: What passes did he hold back from making? He did his normal keep-ball routine, playing probing passes, spreading the ball horizontally, looking for the through pass wherever it was available.Looking for through pass where ever available? You actually expect me to list the instances he had a through pass to free a winger and chose not to, or that was a rhetoric? Xavi is fond of keeping ball at the expense of a through pass and that is a fact. |
http://www.goal.com/en-ng/news/4082/editorial/2013/09/30/4298927/barcelona-edge-out-ac-milan-as-the-champions-leagues-most?ICID=AR_PN_10 ANALYSISNot that any Math analysis was needed to reach that conclusion, really. It is pretty obvious. |
Once again, we should not be playing Xavi against bus-parking teams. We may end up losing even with 80% ball possession. He held back from making so many through passes. I can understand if the wingers (Neymar, Alexis and Pedro) are tired of twisting and turning into a good run only to see the pass not come. Same applies for Iniesta. When Messi is playing, they depend too much on his individual brilliance and even he gets the pass only when he wanders into midfield. The pass Neymar made to Alexis to initiate the move that resulted in goal would never have come from Xavi or Iniesta. Fabregas maybe, but the only other person who makes such through passes often is of course Messi. No wonder he has more assists than Xavi and Iniesta combined. |
Johnpaul88: Pique is too awful in organising how the team can defend corners. How can you organize the defense when you are completely clueless in positional play? |
Johnpaul88: I don't know what Barca will do to improve their corner defending. It's awful and doesn't seem to get better. If nothing is done about it, hmmmm! It's of course an open secret. Barca cannot defend set-plays without Puyol. So what do we do? Maybe put Puyol in crutches. Anyway, good thing is the man will be back in action soon. But we cannot continue to depend on him. |
Bartra is beginning to step up...continued with his form over the weekend...he was mostly responsible for reducing the damage Samaras could have caused. |
AjanleKoko: Not only Messi. You can trace the physical collapse of the team last season to the departure of Buenaventura, who is easily the most experienced physio in Spain. He has worked with many of Spain's sports teams since Barcelona '92.Yes, I know it affected the entire team; we were only speaking of Messi. |
cisse7575: Messi needs some rest though, why was he not an injury prone player in pep's era?? Still wondering...does that means pep knows how to manage messi than any other coach, not my opinion thoughApparently the physios/dietitians that worked with Messi (and who left with Guardiola) were much better at managing him. He was injury prone before Pep came, and is now injury prone since he left. Connect the dots. To understand better, read these: http://www.goal.com/en/news/1717/editorial/2012/10/23/3468661/how-messi-went-from-injury-prone-teenager-to-bionic-man http://www.givemesport.com/372197-lionel-messi-the-barcelona-star-and-his-injury-problems Guardiola had the audacity to deem Deco and Ronaldinho surplus to requirements. He also realised that the future’s Lionel Messi and he needed special attention. The Argentine was an ardent lover of steaks, cola and sweets but under Guardiola, he was strictly restricted to a diet of vegetables and fish. In his early years in Barcelona, Messi had taken comfort in Argentine food, savouring steaks at his favourite restaurant in the Catalan capital - Las Cuartetas. Visits were frequent and would involve a feast of both meat and sweets. Under Guardiola, that soon stopped. Leo had previously turned his nose up at vegetables and barely touched fish. Now, they formed part of his staple diet and, each morning, he would consume a special set of vitamins prepared and left for him in a small container at the club's training ground. Every player was handed a mixture of minerals to boost their very own needs. Nothing was being left to chance. When Pep Guardiola left Barcelona, he didn’t leave alone. Among others, the physical trainer Lorenzo Buenaventura – who had specifically adjusted Messi’s training programs – left the club to later join Guardiola in Bayern Munich. Buenaventura’s spot in the physical staff was taken by Edu Pons, who had previously worked with Barcelona’s youth teams. |
ddippset: messi misses 2-3 weeks.Troubling this has become a recurrent injury. It was same injury (back of thigh) that kept him out for the rest of the season at the end of last season. |
The only good thing for Barca is that Athletico Madrid does not have as much depth. Otherwise, they will be neck to neck till the end of the season. But as soon as Champions League and Copa Del Rey heat up, they will begin to drop points. I hail Simeone. How did he manage to put this squad together? This is a pointer to the fact that the coach makes a lot of difference; this squad couldn't match Real Madrid just 3 seasons ago and it was largely unchanged. |
No ojoro for una this week
Hahahahaha...the ref still tried for them...but they are just in pathetic form. |
usbcable: yawns and reactivates GHOST MODE.LMAO @ disconnected USB Cable. |
Bartra put no foot wrong all game. Wonderful. History is made; 7 wins in 7. |
The silence of the Real Madrid fans is deafening. ![]() |
Johnpaul88: Muniz Fernandez did not officiate our copa loss to Madrid in 2010, Undiano Mellanco did! We have not won any El classico he officiated ever since. You are right about that: Alberto Undiano. |
AjanleKoko: Cesar Muniz Fernandez is the Worst Referee in the World (Right Now)Please, all these Real Madrid fans should not try to obfuscate the facts. I have been paying close attention to Muniz steadily since the dubious calls he made in the 0-1 loss by Barca to Real Madrid at the Copa del Rey final of 2010 in which he denied Pedro a penalty; and then I saw the same ref help Real Madrid to a 1-1 draw in the debut season of Mourino after they had been demolished 5-0 at the Camp Nou - in the return leg he denied Barca a penalty and a straight red card to Casillas. Oh yes, I have been following his obvious bias for Real Madrid for a while. There was no match he officiated that he favored Barca until the Sevilla match Madrid fans are grabbing at. He is an obvious Madrista and a shame to the game. |
http://www.bbc.co.uk/sport/0/football/24282533 "I don't think he got it right," said Victoriano Sanchez Arminio. "Maybe he had some family issue that meant he wasn't in the right frame of mind."Hahahahahahaha...apparently this f00l has not been watching the matches officiated by this same ref. We can as well agree and say Muniz has not been in the right frame of mind for over 4 years (when I started noticing his bias). |
My post from January 19 this year: logica: Um...is that not an indictment on Moaninho? I can remember he's the sore loser always crying over Barca getting help from UEFA (how pathetic). Where as he usually gets a lot of assistance from refs who have either been bribed or are indeed scared of him. Dunno which. It was in response to this: Johnpaul88: Real madrid have now resorted to shouting down the referees to cow them into taking some big decisions in their favour. It was very evident against Valencia. Thank God some Valencia players have come out to alert everybody in case they did not notice the robbery the other day, to watch out for sunday's re match. The referees that day will be under intense pressure to do well.Johnpaul88 was referring to a match in which same Muniz had robbed Valencia against REAL MADRID in the Copa del Rey. If this Muniz guy is not banned for life, it will confirm he has the backing of some big boys in Real Madrid and the Spanish FA. |
How about 100 signs? |
philfearon: With all their over €300m players, they still cant win a match in a normal way without rubbing an opponent...GOD! I hate Madrid...They are a disgrace to football and spain..Against Getafe, same thing,Ordinary newly Promoted Elche, they still rob them......I HATE MADRID! Shame on them!So far this season, they have robbed Granada, Getafe and now Elche. So they have been dashed at least 6 points in total so far. |
sebod: What i fear most is happening now! Mascherano is out for 15 days, Alba is still on the sideline, Andriano is not reliable as he's injury prone. And we can't count on Pique for now.I believe Puyol may return this weekend or next. |
logica: Meanwhile Real Madrid just won with a dubious goal (Ronaldo offside) and a clear Granada penalty turned down. I am going to spend the entire season pointing out how Real Madrid is a beneficiary of a lot of dubious calls while Barca is at the receiving end of a lot of wrong calls. That is my project for this season. |
Yahoo1: now thats the worst call i hv ever seen, very poor. it happens though...sometimes you get it against youLook, it wasn't just one call. There were too many dubious calls. Once I saw the man at the center and it was César Muñiz, I knew Elche's goose was cooked. This is a ref that has shown his obvious bias for Real Madrid countless times. If you check some of my posts, there was one I highlighted several matches he officiated against Barca and favored Real Madrid or favored Barca's opponents. Yet he still continues to officiate without any sanctions. It stinks. |
http://www.goal.com/en-gb/match/116218/elche-vs-real-madrid/play-by-play Well folks, replays show that that was NEVER a penalty kick! If anything, it was a free kick to Elche! Shocker from the referee, and Real Madrid are gifted the victory! FULL TIME. Real Madrid are gifted three points in La Liga after being awarded a dramatic stoppage time penalty penalty. Cristiano Ronaldo opened the scoring early in the second period with a free kick and Elche equalised late on through a Boakye header, but further drama was still in store as the referee gave a penalty for a non-foul on Pepe. Ronaldo dispatched the penalty, and luckily gained the win for Los Blancos. I'm Martin Macdonald, thanks for joining us, see you next time! |
By the way, that was also a dubious penalty call. Now, when was the last time a penalty was awarded AGAINST Real Madrid? Yet they keep getting these dubious penalty calls. Hmm. |
Hahahaha...despite the star-studded squad that consistently required the help of the officials to remain in contention...Elche still got a goal and possibly a draw...hmm...So what is the point of all this spending? An expensive squad that required help to beat Elche? |
Johnpaul88: while he refused to send Ramos off for second bookable offence. It's obvious the match is destined for only one winner and it's never the host. Shame on that refYeah, I saw that too. |
There you go again; the certified Real Madrid ref awards a dubious free-kick at just the right distance for Ronaldo to score. |
ketoprofen: lwkmd!LOL. Of course it's the 75% by population Igbo people that own Lagos. I completely forgot. |
