When his time comes his Domains will sell even without Outbounding.


Doing Geos, to an extent is not easy. I even get tired of Outbounding, having over 200 names and looking at them not knowing which to outbound for.

Again sometimes price is a factor.

This is a simple logic to geo names, if it's not selling for a cheap price less than 399, it might sell for a higher price above 400.

Therefore if no reply with 399 and below, I sometimes increase my asking price above 400 and it might sell or atleast an offer might come in.

Another thing is not all offers leads to sales, especially with those that ask too many questions.


I will just advice him to continue making supplications to his God. Because it's not by our power or might that we make sales.

And that's where GRACE comes in Because it's By GOD GRACE.

My 1st question is did you setup your nameserver properly, when you visit the url, does it resolve for you?

This is a key question, before your call comes in, this guy might still be checking to see if the website will come up

Nobody has asked this, Everyone one is saying list on Dan or Afternic. If he made a mistake in the nameserver, Isnt he likely going to make the same mistake with Afternic or Dan?

there is also a possibility that the nameserver had not propagated when he sent the outbound message. We should ask more questions so that we can give good advice, so that others dont learn the wrong thing

The website is resolving from my end.
I don't know why the website is not opening for him.

if you're using afternic. change your nameservers to ns3 for the first and ns4 for the second one.

ns1 and ns2 don't work ( at least for me ).

Maybe he's using an adblocker. Haven't tried calling before so can't advise much. I think Dan and Epik call on people's behalf sometime especially when there's an offer from the buyer on the name.

I would list on Afternic, confirm that if I search for it on Godaddy I'll see the price then ask him to visit Godaddy.com, search for the domain name and buy it there.

This one he asked u to call him two times already, he might think u are hiding something if u don't call. U'll have to wait and hear from the bosses..

He said he tried on several occasion but the site is not opening.
That I should call him.He gave two different numbers.

You can list in all marketplace but your name server must point to either dan,epik,or afternic as the case may be.

So you choose either dan,epik or afternic as your name server.

Dan nameserver:ns1.dan.com,ns2.dan.com
Epik nameserver:ns3.epik.com,ns4.epik.com

That's what they'll show you normally. Provided the date of it dropping hasn't passed, you can own it. You can follow it up until it drops this night or backorder the domain.

I would have love to follow it.But the previous owner could not sell it even though he priced it at mid $$$.

Visit www.archive.org,
type the domain in the search box and click go, click on any year, the calendar of that year will show check if any date is circled...if any,click on the circle and you will be redirected to the site that the domain was used for.
If it was used by a company, u will see it but if it was held by a domainer, you will see Domain for sale or buy this domain with the price or the landing page.

All of them get one or two things wey I no like ranging from:
Low end users.
Domain did not sell before it expired.
Low keyword volume.

I dey try to find the one wey dey perfect.lol.
But wait oo is there any domain that is perfect??
