You are the one selling, there is nothing like credit card charge. Credit card charge occurs only when you are the one buying and you've placed a bid (and won) on a name in the auction.

To liquidate your domain name on/at nameliquidate

Let's say you've got a domain names like
SmartAutoMaintenanceking. com
And it's over 60 days old. To list on name liquidate,
You unlock the name at your registrar and get Transfer/Auth code (for non epik registered names).

Go to nameliquidate via your epik account and input the domain name with the authorization code like this: DomainName.com AuthCode

Set you reserve price, which is the minimum price you want your domain name to sell. Default reserve is 69$, minimum is $9
And submit.
Free advice (for the purpose of the subject of discussion, No reserve ($9) is advisable. That would most likely get you a sale.

Remember, nameliquidate was mainly built to help you get 'something' from your expiring names and names which you don't intend to renew.

So don't expect to see 'big money' sales unless you have super aged liquid domain names. You wouldn't even want to/ need to liquidate that.

Note: you can only relist names on NL after a 3 months interval. And be very sure you intend to liquidate a name so you don't change your mind later after the process has already started and there is a bid on your domain name. You most likely will be penalised.

I saw emails from Dan regarding a sale ($299) after turning on my data this morning. I was like... Believe it or not, this was my first sale that's up to $200 all these years.

I must say sammchuck1 contributed to this sale, although he might not realize it. Thanks, bro!

I look at and slightly modified the short email sample sammchuck1 shared days back. I then used his method of collecting leads from Google's business directory to get more leads for this domain name - I first did outbounding for it some weeks ago.

The only person that requested price after the first outbounding lost interest (if I remember correctly) after I told him the price was $205 - I initially listed at about $199.

I just vex hike the price to $299 when no one showed interest. All die na die.

I used the new email format to contact the fresh leads I collected yesterday. That's how I woke up to a sale notification this morning.

I have sold more domains i made up than the ones i picked from ED.
I go de sleep, chop, waka, read or the likes jejely i go reason name, once i see available and endusers de i buy. Some of thesr endusers no knw wetin domain is ooo, talkless of cpc and co.

One enduser guy tell me he is interested but how is it done. One de ask me how do we come up with the name and he ended up buying it. E no even know how we de make am, all he know na say GoDaddy and website

I pick my name's based on number of end users. I'd pick one of the names on Simpsonrocket list as an example:

I just searched on Google for a quick decision. I went to Google to search for the keyword and checked Google business geo service page. I just saw 8 end users. Then I checked the first 2 pages on Google and I realised most people use a brand name. So I would not be buying it as my chances are low.
But if I want to risk it I would as I see 2 companies have a better chance so if I hear how much na $200 or less.... Hope I was clear enough

If you have a particular niche you are looking for like plumbing, roofing, estate, list about 30 of them on the endswith tex-field. This will make your search easier but you will miss other good domains that does not pertain to that keyword. Maximum is also 30

Which tracker are you using? I use gmass and I think its very OK for me for now and its with reports also. I don't joke with some reports. Like the name I sold 1500 last month, when I did the outbound, it gave a report that an end user viewed the mail like 6 times within 2 hours despite sending it once. So I was skeptical initially about the reports because it was the first time I will see such. Later the person clicked the link 2 times, and this is what I have been waiting for because it was "make offer", but I put BIN of I think 700 on sedo and afternic. So I kept monitoring the update. This gave me a clue may be I have a potential lead. Following day opened it again and clicked the link. After some days he messaged how much, I said he should go and make best offer, then he quoted 3k, then I was like wao... Quickly went to adjust my other price to 3k, and after much argument here and there for 3 days, he later paid 1500 cos claiming corona and so stuffs of uncertainty.
so at times, when you see them opening frequently, they may be interested and desperate, just calm down, and see if they will click the link, if u have that feature, anytime they click the link, you know they are potential follow up you may focus on later and not putting pressure. And at times may be, it can be bot. But my conclusion is that bot can open email but may not click the landing page. So that alone can give you a clue how it may likely end. cos bot can open - As it delivers it get opened straight.

And I will advice some interested dominers to use Gmail template or similar customized templates, that you can be downloaded free on webstore. So that you can make it looks professional and colorful and atttractive, adding screenshot and files in between lines as the case may be, even adding signatures making it looks like a company and a boss instead of regular Gmail that will look like an individual. You can increase your lead with that.
