@ Kidsam, NEVER, he's like a brother to me n confides in me more than any member of my family. Have been praying with him and also talking with him. My dear am married oh cant do dat. Our parents are friends and we grew up together. tanks.

I would ask u. on wat ground did they get married in d 1st place? Is it base on true luv or ur sis got pregnant so they had to cover the shame. Girls shld be wise enough, u cant tie down a man by getting pregnant n expect to have a good marriage. Wat u are saying is happening to some1 very close to me, d gal got pregnant n they had to quickly do d wedding last yr, unfortunately, she lost d preg months after d wedding, the guy in confidence told me dat if he knew she will have a still birth, he wldnt ave married her in d 1st place cos he doesnt luv her n he's not ready for marriage. He now cheats on d wife and d marriage isnt up to 1 yr. God help us.

@Zeya, Pap is out of it cos it is raw starch ( the fiber n vitamins has been removed in the process) yam, rice must be taken in little quantity cos the are carbohydrate but she can take little a times cos the body still needs it. Care must be taken in eaten carbohydrate foods. Am a healthy person but I watch y carbohydrate in take cos of the tendency to make one add weight, our diet shld always be balanced.

Try boiled unripe plantain with vegetable soup or unripe plantain flour ( it like amala) with any soup of her choice.Also there's this grain called " Acha" it white in color grown in Plateau and Kaduna state, it can be prepared as pottage n taken with moimoi or make had like semovita with vegetable soup. @JJYOU. Yes she has a son and we all luv each other. She's just a nice woman even to our house help. She once told my cousin who is always maltreating our house help that she has to stop as she doesn't have a house help rather the girl is a daughter to her, My cousin had to adjust immediately. I have been through this before so I know how it feels. I lost my mum when I was 12 still in primary school that was 1992 but now am 29. My dad tried to re-marry along the line but it's didn't work as all d women where self centered until 1999 when he finally did with intense prayer. My step mum is the best woman ave met in life before. All my relatives envy her. God fearing, nice and a mother indeed. I luv her with the whole of my heart more than my dad. With regards to the one that's higher in carbohydrate, it's semovita cos garri has gone through some processes. Semovita is made from wheat and d fiber content has been removed. So you are likely to gain more weight from eating semovita than garri. I personally like semovita to garri though am careful about eating starchy foods.

How can i woman condemn herself over a man's infidelity, Pls u need ur self confidence back. God is the only one that can restore ur marriage back. Dnt even think of taking ur life cos with or without u, he will keep living. Trust God, love ur husband the more and pray and i think there's a big communication gap between the 2 of u. I dont drink water while eating. I drink water 15 to 30 mins after meal cos I had it's medically ok. This make the enzymes can work properly on the food and get ur body the needed nutrient. Also it help to keep ur stomach flat and I had it's wont make u gain excess weight.
